"Our rooms AC was vibrating the whole night and did not let us sleep. Along with our noisy neighbors next us at night and in the morning. The guy who checked us in was a little rude although he was dealing with a rude customer before us, but still he didnt have to give us attitude. After telling the front desk in the morning of the AC. "very basic place. breakfast was a joke very small bite size items literally. hard bed- no daily service- no wash clothes- no microwave in rooms- No counter space in bathroom or way to hag up towels, parking lot very small- Elevator not working- "

"Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning. When I requested a refund they suggested I do it through my booking app. "

"The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to receive the salad to begin with. Overall, the hotel was good staff Included, but go elsewhere for food if you’re wanting something quick and tasty. "
