「The cottage was clean, the listing is accurate and the location is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and gas stations. We were visiting for a UTK game weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but if you need those amenities they are close by. One negative is that other than 4 coffee mugs there is no other drink wear so if you plan to utilize the kitchen plan accordingly. Other than that it suited our needs.」
