Absolutely wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. A truly lovely hotel with excellent staff who are helpful, happy and welcoming. Spa is a real bonus. Nothing fancy but lots on offer albeit small in size. Room was incredible. We were in a junior suite and felt at home. Cleaning staff could do with moving cushions/ furniture to ensure it’s fully cleaned as we did find some leftover items by accident. Look forward to returning again.

Lovely staff, nice spa but pool a little cold, children got their own spa robes and slippers which was a lovely touch. Also recieved milk, juice and cookies for the children too in the room which they loved. Overall a lovely stay.

The Staff were lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. We didn't use the facilities due to lack of time but it looked good. The rooms were a little dated and needed some TLC. The shower was very good. It is a drive or taxi ride into town as the pavements are not suitable for walking. The Breakfast provided choice and it was good. Again the staff were excellent which made it taste better.

This is a nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff, and the spa and pool facilities are both very good. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, the food was enjoyable. The communal areas are well presented, and overall it is a comfortable place to stay. However, on this visit my room was not as nice as on previous stays, and the bathroom was looking a little tired in places. I also noticed a sweet wrapper on the floor at the bottom of the stairs on my first day, which was still there when I left two days later. Overall, still a pleasant stay and I would return, but attention to housekeeping and maintenance could be improved.

Upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely perfect for my husband's Birthday surprise. Clean, spacious room, staff excellent especially Sam on reception she was so helpful and also the lovely girls on the Spa reception. Breakfast was brilliant with a great choice. Will definitely stay again.

I can't speak highly enough about Cottons Hotel. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are really nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The restaurant service was excellent. The food delicious and drinks menu was extensive. The cocktails were fantastic. One day we used the spa facilities and my husband had a massage and I had a facial. We had a fabulous relaxing day and again the staff were excellent. Altogether a lovely hotel and one I'm happy to recommend.
