We stayed for 3 nights wish it could have been longer. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful private beach. Infinity pool. You feel like your in a tropical paradise all the greenery around you. Loved it ❤️

Great location, very pittoresk vistas, lots of privacy, fabulous beach, good pool, very nice landscaping and super friendly and polite employees who would benefit from some additional training. Food and beverage product is limited and could do with some imagination and improvements. Villas were well cleaned and supplied with amenities- the drawback and failure of this property is the poor state of repair and lack of re-investment. This is apparent nearly everywhere - malfunctioning, noisy, old air conditioner in rooms (a replacement program appears to be on the way), defect beach chairs and in poor condition, decorative lamps in restaurant/pool area nearly falling of their supports (totally rusted through), wooden pool deck area - rotten in parts and a trip hazard, some roof structures in need of repair and cleaning, a larger single family house in the centre of the Resort looks like it has been temporarily abandoned and is used for storage, etc, etc. a real shame, this could be and should be the premier or at least among the premier resorts of Ko Chang by adding some professional management providing some needed training to the young and friendly but inexperienced staff and most importantly some reinvestment and much needed repair and maintenance. It looks like the owner opened a splendid resort some 16 years and either forgot all about it or run into cashflow problems. I still recommend a stay since the major and nature driven ingredients for a relaxing holiday are there.

Great location and nice beach resort
Nice resort with a great staff, the bungalow was clean and well appointed. Only real complaint is the mattress was hard and needed to be replaced since the springs caused discomfort. But the overall experience was great thanks to the staff.

Beautiful location, but poorly maintained
Good location, but poorly maintained. We found a large spider in our bed (just between the pillows) at check-in, but was removed by housekeeping. The thai food was ok, but experienced a terrible seafood barbecue (everything was cold when served and communicating this to the staff prompted no response). The location is really good and the view from the restaurant and private beach is beautiful. The WiFi was unreliable and the breakfast buffet was slightly below expectation.

Beach is very clean and sandy no rocks - waves are safe for children - shallow waters. Good for visit even during rainy season. Room is recently renovated hence very new and nicely done. Staffs always helpful.

Lush gardens and right on the beach..
We all had an amazing time at Barali me my mum 2 little boy's and my wife, very relaxed atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff, absolutely delicious and great choice for breakfast we would definitely return. Thanks again Barali see you soon.

Wonderful location and beach
Overall we were very happy with our choice of the Barali Beach Resort for our stay in Kho Chang. As there are many resort locations to choose from on the island we found this resort met all of our expectations. The facility is well maintained and is in a beautiful quite location. The beach is wonderful (sunset walks were amazing), great swimming pool. The food and service is quite good, they provide a very nice buffet breakfast that allows you to have a wonderful ocean view. Transportation is very accessible and the staff will certainly assist you with any needs you may have. As we drove our own car to the island the resort has ample quest parking. Please note if you drive yourself please drive with caution as the roads are very narrow and mountainous with some steep grades and very sharp turns, but a wonderful experience that should be explored even but taxi, scooter or car. If they were to improve on anything I think it would have to be the hot water pressure as we found it a bit low.

Beautiful location on the beach
Quiet and private beach Tropical landscaping and resort design are beautifulindividual chalet type suites are very unique and comfortable. Sofa bed is not comfortable for adults. The available cots have a split mattress which is not comfortable either. Breakfast is a large buffet of a selection of western and Thai foods, something for everyone and the dining room overlooks the ocean. I would return to Barali Beach and would highly recommend this facility.

A lovely stay
This hotel was lovely and me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here. To begin with the staff didn't seem to be very organised and we didn't get to check in to our room on time and not having a room number made it difficult to order food and drink and have towels on the beach whilst we waited. Nevertheless, our holiday improved each day and we would stay at Barali again in the future. The beach is lovely and the pool also. The beach bungalows give a special feel to the place and I really enjoyed my stay. It's just a short walk up to the main road where there is lots to see and do.

Amazing Villa horrible water pressure
This facility had an amazing villa with a lovely bathroom with a sunken tub and rainforest shower. HOWEVER, the water pressure was horrible so you could not take advantage of it. The location is fine for the island and it was a very comfortable stay, but it would be more pleasurable to have the villas better serviced to enjoy the tub and facilities. The staff seem to not check and manage this as a standard room cleaning procedure which is regrettable.

excelent resort very clean and well positioned
our stay at barali beach was excellent, the area is perfect for nearby restaurants and the beach was good, has some Corel but when the tide is out you see the area to avoid for when the tide comes in. The grounds and buildings are very well looked after. The only problem withe the resort was that there was no hot water but this was not a major issue as the cold water was not too cold but refreshing.

Booked a weekend here, enjoyed my stay, easiest was to rent a motorcycle from the main road for half the price! Get to breakfast early, all the best is out, the average breakfast for thai islands, i did feast though. Hot water was a dissapointment when it comes to the awesome bath! But def worth it for Low season prices!

Fantastiskt trevlig upplevelse, utomordentlig personal med många yngre praktikanter som är kunniga och artiga. Hotellet passar både för barnfamiljer och äldre. Städning bra, varje dag med fräscha handdukar och allt du behöver. Mycket växter och träd gör att det kan finnas en del moskiter men det finns insektsnät över sängar. Inte så bra handikappanpassat med många nivåskillnader.

Nice resort and beach. Only problem was the bed (or pillow - or maybe both), it was too hard. After 3 nights I could barely move my neck. Thailand seems to have really hard beds overall, but this was worse than other places. Could just be us though.

Die Unterkunft ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es werden offensichtlich auch keine Renovierungen mehr vorgenommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und die Ausstattung ist stark veraltet: Föhn ohne Power, Dusche komplett ohne Wasserdruck, Wasserhahn lässt sich durchdrehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lieblos und die Qualität lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Der Strandabschnitt ist definitiv das schönste an der Anlage. Alles in allem: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten und ich würde es zu dem aktuellen Preisniveau (ca. 110 € pro Zimmer) definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Nydeligt hotel og pæne værelser, men en del plastik affald på stranden, som personalet ikke følger op på og fjerner. Vandtrykket på værelset var så lavt, at det ville tage flere timer, at fylde badekarret og vandet fra blandingsbatterierne var ikke over 25 grader.

Okej boende. Fina rum och fint område med fin solnedgång om kvällarna. Sängarna var dock hårda och stranden exsisterade knappt. Uteplatsen vid bungalowen var inte så mysig så det var inte så inbjudande att sitta där.

Kan stærkt anbefales
Et af de bedste lokaliteter på Koh Chang. Der er 700 m op til hovedvejen, og det kan derfor anbefales at leje en knallert. Ellers ligger hotellet godt ift. aktiviteter (paddleboarding, kajak, thai madkursus, massage, ATV osv.). Stranden er meget børnevenlig efter en formiddagstid, hvor der er lavvande. Man kan gå flere hundrede meter ud, hvor vandet stadig kun går til hoften. Housekeeping er meget grundige og ekstremt fleksible ift. hvornår på dagen man ønsker at de kommer. Der er steder, hvor hotellet er lidt slidt, men det var ikke noget der generede os. Morgenmaden er okay, men til alle andre måltider bør I gå op i byen eller tage en af de andre restauranter langs vandet, da hotellets priser er alt for høje og i følge andre anmeldelser er maden ikke specielt god. De eneste minusser vi kan komme i tanke om, er et lavt tryk i bruseren og at wifi'en kun virker om morgenen, hvis du er heldig. Vi var rigtig glade for vores ophold og kommer helt sikkert tilbage næste gang vi er på Koh Chang.

虽是要从主路往里面走上一定距离，但无法阻挡我对这家酒店的喜爱，园林景观和石材浴缸给我留下了难忘的印象。喜欢玩水游走沙滩的朋友建议还是选择别处，这里沙质不好，颜色发黑，当然这点跟酒店无关。

독채로 된 방갈로 형태로 비치프론트에서 2박을 하였는데... 손님이 없어서 편안히 쉬시고 싶은 사람들에게는 최고의 선택입니다.. 단지, 좀 세월이 흔적이 있는 빌라와, 온수 수압이 졸졸졸 거리것을 제외하면 만족 스럽습니다..

Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Straße. Zum Essen außerhalb muss man ein Stück laufen, ca. 10 min. Essen und Getränke leider überteuert. Für Renovierung müsste mal etwas Geld angefasst werden, sonst hat es bald keine 4 Sterne mehr verdient. Aber die Lage ist sensationell.

Tolles Hotel zum Relaxen direkt am Strand
Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Strand, es gab genügend Liegestühle. Weitläufiger Sandstrand, der zum spazieren einlädt, Ebbe und Flut mit rd. 30 Metern Differenz, man kann immer ins Wasser. Es geht ganz flach rein, im März war das Wasser Badewannenwarm :-). Sehr ruhiges Haus, zur Hauptstr. rd. 100 m - 5 min zu Fuss, dort kann man essen gehen. Toller Pool unter Palmen mit Massagedüsen, wir waren häufig allein im Wasser. Frühstück war gut mit Blick aufs Meer.

Der Strand direkt vor dem Resort ist wunderschön! Die Resort-Anlage ist es ebenfalls, denn sie ist sehr grün und gepflegt und der Poolbereich direkt vor dem Strandzugang ist auch sehr ansprechend. Unser Bungalow mit Teil-Meerblick war geräumig und komfortabel, einzig der WLAN Empfang war verbesserungwürdig.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Strand
Es handelt sich um eine kleine, aber feine Anlage mit Bungalows direkt am Stand. Die Hauptstrasse mit Geschäften ist ca. 5 min Fussweg weg, daher kein Verkehrslärm. Frühstück nimmt man im 1. OG in Palmenhöhe mit Meerblick ein- Herrlich. Es ist für jeden Geschmach- europäisch oder asiatisch- etwas geboten. Der Strand ist sehr schön, es gibt genügend Liegen. Der Pool ist mit direktem Meerblick auch herrlich und bietet Massagedüsen. Am Strand kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Zum Wasser muss man - vor allem bei Ebbe- ein paar Meter laufen, bis es tiefer wird. In der Umgebung an der Hauptstrasse kann man gut essen gehen, auch am Strand gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten (Blick auf Meer auf der linken Seite).

Fint och lugnt hotell
Fint hotell men alldeles för dyr resturang. Härlig pool precis vid stranden om man vill svalka sig lite mellan havsdoppen. Utmärkt frukost.
