Overall the stay here was very good. Location and room was great. Not given it 5* because some staff in the restaurant need improved training and the pool bar need a refurbishment .

Beautiful resort

Amazing value. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. 5* service. A+ location. Pool area under construction, but ocean is right there and the walk to the other resort pool is easy-peasy. The only negative was there was no cold shower option. The low was still too warm for my Thai wife.

I'll be back

Check in was OK although we arrived early they couldn't give us a room till 1300. Room was nice 50 meters from the beach (C22) 25 meters from the pool that was under heavy renovation and closed, we were able to use an alternate pool during our 7 nights stay, gym was good, hotel restaurant was awesome at sunset, food tasty and they have a nightly fire show . Morning breakfast was very good plenty of options that was replenished all constantly, overall a very pleasant experience

The hotel is on the beach and other dining options are available. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and also on the beach with good food. The beach allows you to walk out 1/2 kilometre and still be chest deep and the water is warm. As a nice touch an independent 7-11 style store is on the property providing inexpensive beers, spirits, snacks, and lots more. A nice deck overlooks a pond which is stocked with fish and the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfast is nice and has both an eggs and noodle station and lots of variety. The only negative is that the staff understanding of English is a bit weak causing our transport to drop us off at the wrong airport requiring a 800 bth cab ride.

About the resort

Hotel location is very good points I would like to high light need to renovate rooms very old balcony windows must be replaced smell coming out of the toilet need to do something about it otherwise resort have wonderful beach space area. I would love to come back again to this resort hope they take my feed back positively.

More variety is needed at breakfast. Same choices often served daily. I got bored of eating the same food. And food that should have been warm, like mixed boiled vegetables or curried chicken was always cold.

God service og ikke noget at sætte på personalet. Det var tip top. Der var rent og maden var fint. Dermed vil jeg sige det var slidt og trænger til en renovering. Brusedøren kunne ikke lukkes helt så der løb vand ud på gulvet. Det tog også lang tid inden der var varmt vand. Vores terrassedør kunne næsten ikke låses igen efter åbning. Lækker udsigt. Deres massage var udendørs. Hvis det er meget blæsende ikke så rart. Ellers ligger det dejligt lige på stranden

人があまりいないホテル。。。

1.早朝担当している女性レセプションの対応が良くない。チェックインの際の女性レセプションはとてもきちんと対応してくださり良かったのですが。。。 2.Wi-Fi環境が良くない、特に夜は繋がりにくい。 3.せめて夜8時までプールエリアのライトアップをして欲しい。 4.マッサージ、売店、プール、全て6時で閉まるため、夜何もないのが残念。

Kiva vierailu

Hotelli on upealla paikalla ja villoista on pääsy suoraan rantaan. Kiva, että on oma pikku kauppa, saa mm. vedet kantamatta niitä kaukaa. Respassa palvelu ei toiminut ja henkilökuntaa oli liian vähän eikä thai-tyyliin niin ystävällistä. Hotellin tasoa olisi helppo nostaa mm. tässä kohtaa. Aamiaisravintola - hyvä ja tosi monipuolinen ruoka mutta eri erityisen miellyttävä tunnelma. Siivous oli huipputasoa, samoin itse villa. Parasta oli myös ilmastoitu kuntosali, josta suora näkymä merelle, tosin kaikki laitteet eivät toimineet.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived. They should be ready at 14:00, but we were only given the rooms at 15:00 The beds did not look all clean and the rooms were not Covid-19 sealed The area is very nice. The beach and sunset is fantastic

Perfect end to our holiday

We stayed here for one night from Sunday to Monday and had a really comfortable stay. The location is perfect and the beach amazing with crystal clear water and white sand. Not far to bars and restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was great as well, and my husband had the best seafood fried rice in his life (which says a lot since he's Thai haha)
