“Incredible stay, looks just as beautiful as the photos! Check in process was quick and easy, I was down to my room and it was in great condition. Pool towels, water bottles, a fridge, sandals, and the room was very spacious. More amenities than the US ever has!”

“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not book this property, it is not at all advertised, the property is absolutely torn up and the water near the room is all completely yellow and contaminated, rooms are in horrible condition and there are lizards on the ceiling, breakfast area is horrible as the place in the middle does not look like the pictures. The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the……

“On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms……

“I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so……
