Not as advertised at all. No ocean view. About 5 minute walk to the beach at not an ideal beach location. All kinds of garbage and mess around the property. Been in Thailand a month and worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

Ett enklare och billigare boende precis vid stranden. Men helt klart prisvärt. Läget är bra, precis vid stranden, nära massage och mopedhyra. Promenad till 7eleven på några minuter. Trevlig personal och enklare frukost. Pool med några solstolar som uppskattades av vår 4 åring. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skulle inte förvänta mig så hög standard men städades dagligen med rena handdukar och lakan,

Bokstavligen beläget på stranden. Frukosten utomhus matsalen som också ligger på stranden. Rent och fräscht. Serviceminded. Ett kul plus är aporna som finns överallt, även om de siktade noga för att kunna kissa ner oss. Helt enkelt ett toppenhotell för oss som befann oss i Thailand under coronatider. Naturligtvis kraftigt ökad turistmängd annars. I nuläget glest med människor på strand och i matsal, vilket bidrog till en fantastisk upplevelse under en bister tid för världen.

Mycket positiv personal på Sea Sand

Jag och min fru tillbringade 4 nätter på Sea Sand inkl över nyår och allt fungerade mycket bra. Framförallt var personalen mycket hjälpsam och positiv och det gällde verkligen alla där. De ordnade även ett nyårsfirande för oss alla som var där som var uppskattat. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Et virkelig dejligt sted - ikke noget fint men skø

Vi ankom til vores hotel hvor et stor smilende personalet stod og tog imod os. Vi havde 4 overnatninger på hotellet og ville så gerne have været der længere. Sødere mennesker skal man lede længe efter. Der er et fint pool område og en virkelig dejlig strand. Der er liggestole under træer og palmer, og de fineste små fisk i havet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Ceniącym spokój

Cicho i spokojnie. Przestronny i czysty pokój (willa). Bardzo miła obsługa, dobre śniadania. Pusta plaża, nieduży czysty basen. Jedynie wieczorami, poza knajpkami nie ma gdzie połazić, ale w tej części Ko Lanty szuka się raczej spokoju.

Wonderful Beach Hotel at Great Price

Wonderful beach hotel for a laid back Asian beach holiday. The beach was lovely (rocks at low tide, but no problem otherwise) with delicious restaurants nearby, plenty of lounge chairs, and kilometers of beach front to walk. Our room was upstairs, quiet,spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast included was my best breakfast during the whole month of traveling in Asia. We highly recommend it!

Great position on beach

My fourth stay at SSS and lived up to its usual standard. This is my 'little piece of paradise' The hotel sits directly on the beach surrounded by good food and local hospitality. Clean beach. Complex is an ideal base to explore the island and everyone makes you feel special and very welcome.

Perfekte Strandlage

Das Hauptargument in meinen Augen für dieses Hotel ist die unmittelbare Strandlage. Wurde auf den Bungalow direkt in erster Linie ungefragt geupgradet (hatte eigentlich ein Zimmer in Haupthaus gebucht da ich Bungalows meist weniger mag) und habe die direkte Nähe zum Strand geliebt (allerdings sind alle anderen Bungalows dahinter). Pool war super. Allerdings funktionierte die ganzen 4 Tage der TV nicht und das Problem hat auch nur geringes Interesse gefunden. Frühstück fand ich jetzt auch nicht wirklich Bombe, da gibt es in der Nähe bessere Alternativen. Personal spricht alle zusammen genommen vielleicht 10 Worte Englisch, sind aber herzensgute Menschen.

Top Lage, schlechter Service

Dieses Hotel bietet ein Top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis! Es liegt direkt am Strand, und man kann abends in ein paar Metern am Strand entlang hervorragende BBQ Fisch Restaurants und Cocktailbars sowie Massage Salons etc erreichen. Wir hatten einen kleinen Bungalow der schön sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet war. Viele Steckdosen (Seltenheit in Thailand) und mehr als ausreichend frische Handtücher. Das Personal war fast immer nett aber leider kann NIEMAND in diesem Hotel englisch. Nur die Managerin, welche aber in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur einen Tag da war. Diese ist sehr nett und bemüht, kann aber leider nicht wett machen was ihrem Team fehlt... Nicht mal das rudimentärste wird verstanden. Das macht alles vom Frühstück bestellen, Tauchgang buchen oder Taxi/Fähren Transfer organisieren zum Spießrutenlauf ... Am Ende muss man es meist selbst machen weil das Personal auch nach Erklärungen mit Hand und Fuß nichts kapiert. Ein Englisch sprechendee Ansprechpartner in einem Hotel ist leider für uns ein muss! Die Thais sprechen generell schlecht Englisch aber wir hatten in diesem Hotel mit Abstand die größten Probleme. Was schade ist, weil das Hotel ansonsten überzeugt. Das Frühstück war recht einfach und wenig von der Menge aber qualitativ ok und frisch. Die Strandbad war auch lecker, wenn man denn mal geschafft hat zu bestellen. Auch hier war das Personal oft abwesend und wenn man es geholt hat, eher genervt reagiert. Schade!

Nice Hotel

Lovely place to stay. Arrived and was immediately given the choice of a free upgrade to one of the bungalows that was lovely. Can't ask for a better location on the beach with some lovely bars and gentle nightlife. The staff are wonderful from the manageress to the gardener, Could not do enough to help. Lovely scenery to explore on a scooter and had a great time.
