「The beach is beautiful and there are loungers, kayaks and snorkels provided for use. The sand is very rough as it is shells and not smooth to walk on. The room was clean however the bathroom needs some work and there were lots of bug in the bathroom and room in general. We ate at the restaurant which provided good food and we didn't find it too expensive. We booked a 12go transfer from koh lanta to koh ngai which turns out, included a long tail from the main koh ngai beach to the paradise beach...

「Bra frukost som väljs ur meny. Väldigt bra snorkling direkt från hotellet. Lite ont om stolar vid stranden då det är hög beläggning. Vi har bott i båda ändar av den långa stranden men föredrar helt klart Thapwarin, om man föedrar lugnet! Kommer vi till Koh Ngai igen kommer vi bo här.」

「We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting...

「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」

「the hotel grounds were not kept that well. It felt that it was overgrown and the gardens were not kept up. The yards were growing with weeds. The pool was quite nice, but it still had an area in the pool that was not cleaned daily, as the water was stagnant and did not get filtered in the very shallow area. Beautiful setting on the beach, and was thinking that it could be a much better feeling with just a little effort to keep up the property.」
