“Our family loved our stay! Everything we needed was within a short walk or driving distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed all 3 lagoons during our visit- they’re beautiful. Accommodations within the property were great for a family stay. Even our teen loved it. We will be booking again!”

“- pros: a bidet!, mountain view is nice, the condo is spacious, it's a studio, but you don't feel like you sleep in the kitchen. The location is amazing - close to Ala Moana park, car rental in the building, luggage storage and ABC across the street. No physical door key was very convenient. - cons: cockroaches in the kitchen, had to keep all edibles and clean dishes in the fridge. Cracked paint, not sparkling clean. Bathtub could use some scrubbing. ”

“The property is in great location within a ten minute walk to the beach and main shopping/eating areas. Communication was great and access easy enough, it had a great view from the 15th floor.”

“This studio was perfect for me. It was found to be clean and the linen smelled fresh and clean. It had secure parking and entry to the building. The ABC store was just 1/2 a block for morning coffee and other essentials. There are numerous restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance. The king size bed was really comfy. Print out a hard copy of the emailed check-in procedures and other info. This will make the process much easier than trying to look at your phone each time a task is……

“Good services, nice location, nice parking facilities. However, poor check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) time.”

“You need to make sure you have grown up people towels. We stayed there for 8 days. We are grow adults using little kids towels for 8 days. So, we bought up some grown up towels. I get it here is a laundry room now ever use kids towels sucked.”

“Location to WAIKIKI Beach is very close. 4 blocks away from $19/day car rental. 808 Smart Car Rentals. Oh...$20 night parking in their Parkade. Best Pizza for value and size located across the hall from Car Rental, at Maleko's Pastries. who also offer the best Muffins anywhere on the island especially the Coconut/Pineapple. Walk to Ala Moana Shopping Centre. We have stayed at Aqua Palm 4 times.”
