When we arrived at the resort, there was no receptionist or staff available to assist us. We spent nearly an hour trying to locate someone in order to complete the check-in process. This delay was quite frustrating, as there were no clear instructions or signage to guide us. The lack of staff presence during such an important part of our stay left us feeling uncertain about the service we could expect. It would have been helpful if there had been better communication about check-in procedures or alternative contacts available in case of such a situation.

Room was listed on Expedia with AC but they did not have ac. The room was very bare and dated. Sheets were very rough and blanket was looking really old and dingy. Staff was nice but some updates to the property could go a long way. Also Expedia needs to change the listing to “room with fan” NOT with AC

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, herzlichen Hotel sehr genossen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der saubere Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren phänomenal und ein echtes Highlight. Allerdings gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Unser Zimmer mit Klimaanlage lag leider im Hinterhof an der Straße, während die günstigeren Fan-Zimmer direkt am Meer waren. Das sollte in den Hotelinformationen klarer kommuniziert werden. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, erst gegen 17 Uhr – nicht ideal, wenn man nachmittags etwas Ruhe möchte. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Service, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Zimmerzuteilung und Reinigung.

Definitely not a resort. You can hear everything from rooms next to ours and outside. There was a group of people having a party talking loudly and playing loud music in front of their rooms for three nights and we barely slept throughout the stay. We had a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff said it’s because of the rain, but we stayed in other places in Thailand while raining and didn’t have this issue because bathrooms were secured better. They have two iguanas trapped in cages around the property in bad condition, I know it’s legal in this country but it’s just sad to see them miserable like this.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfang. Ein paar mehr Liegen am Pool hatten wir uns gewünscht. Dafür ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand/ Meer super

L'hotel n'offre plus le transport du bateau a leur emplacement veuillez donc rectifier ceci dans vos commentaires. Suite a la covid ils n ont plus assez de perainnel pour faire le transfer des clients. Cet endroit a besoin de rafraîchissement. La reception pas terrible je suis arrivée plustot que prevue elle m ont fait patienter mais c esf ok parce que la reception etait a 14:00. Tres loin des marchés et la propreté des lieux laisse a desirer.

Das Beck‘s Resort liegt in einem echt schönen Ambiente. Das Restaurant war echt super lecker und preiswert. AAABER im gesamten ist das Resort schon ganz in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend mal eine Renovierung. Ist es ok, aber ein neuer Anstrich, hier und da Reparaturen sind schon dringend mal notwendig.

Underbart ställe för pengarna. Fantastisk utsikt och närhet till pool och hav. Vi hade en bungalow närmast vattnet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till affärer, shopping och restauranger. Bra mat i restaurangen. Minus var toalett och dusch på rummet. Behöver en uppfräschning!

First off, I had the cheapest room so didnt expect much, yet it was still worse, the bathroom was dirty and the whole room had a musty, wet smell. They had a pool and a beach but no towels so we had to use our shower towels, which is fine but the towels werent changed throughout our stay meaning that at the middle of day 2, they were permanently damp. The location is nice and there is plenty to do in the area, the resort grounds are also nice although everything feels a bit outdated. The cocktail bar makes pretty decent cocktails but the restaurant I would not recommend. If you get a room with aircon you could stay here, but steer clear of the fan rooms, not worth it.

Matig verblijf!!!

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Service werd niet verteld dus na 2 dagen kwamen we er achter dat er gratis fietsen waren die overigens letterlijk uit elkaar vielen! Er was een pingpongtafel maar het personeel hield er een interne competitie op na waardoor gasten niet aan bod kwamen. Een te hoge prijs per nacht en bleek zonder ontbijt. Koelkast stonk kussen en matrassen waren goor (gele vlekken) beddengoed ook smerig... Zee stond elke dag zo laag dat het meer op maasvlakte leek terwijl we een hutje aan zee hadden geboekt. Daarvoor hadden we dus extra voor betaald. Kortom prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet ! Als je westerse prijzen rekent verwacht je ook de situatie die belooft wordt.

Pour la plage naturiste à 300m...

Check out à 11h...Check-in à 14h pour pouvoir s'occuper du déjeuner sans doute... Pas vraiment enclin à s'occuper de vous, j'ai dû attendre pour être enregistré, et ensuite qu'il trouve la réservation. Et tout ça, sans le sourire...j'ai tout de suite que je ne dinerai pas là...Le bungalow avec double fan était correct et spacieux, avec un bien agréable hammac sur le balcon. Au delà de 28 degrés, la climatisation devrait s'avérer nécessaire...Piscine petite mais sympa, la baie est jolie mais peu profonde..même à marée haute. Par contre sur la droite, il y a de très jolis coins de plage où le naturisme est pratiqué. Ce qui donne un peu d'intérêt à ce resort à 15 minutes à pied du port.
