Was a beautiful hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of places to eat around there and do once a hotel that wasn’t overpriced for drinks, meals, massages etc once you were there. Wish we had more nights! My only complaint would be the sunbeds only get sun until early afternoon.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Buri Rasa Village Phangan und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Das Hotel liegt an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel – sehr ruhig, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders der feine Sandstrand und das klare Wasser waren ein Highlight. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment willkommen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Für andere Reisende wichtig zu wissen: * Die Lage ist eher ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten. * Ein Roller oder Taxi ist sinnvoll, wenn man mehr von der Insel sehen möchte. * Der Strand eignet sich super zum Schwimmen, deutlich ruhiger als viele andere Spots auf Ko Phangan. * Wer Party und viel Nachtleben sucht, ist woanders wahrscheinlich besser aufgehoben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Paare oder alle, die einen entspannten Thailand-Urlaub direkt am Traumstrand suchen.

We loved our short stay at Buri Rasa. Such a special place in Koh Phangan. We visited and stayed all over the island and this resort is by far the classiest. Having said that, this is ‘sanitised’ Koh Phangan (only ONE cannabis shop we spied in the village, as opposed to the customary ‘every other shop’ experience!) and we absolutely loved our very different, more authentic stay just before at Secret Beach Bungalows. But Buri Rasa is delightful on lots of levels (staff, stylish rooms, nice breakfast, great happy hour with fabulous cocktail waiters)…and a great choice for families with children. We came with our 16 year old and were glad to escape the cannabis shops for a few days! Fabulous resort

Right on the beach. Complete with a pool and spa. A great restaurant, and a cracking cocktail list. This is a gem. Brilliant staff, chilled vibe. Close enough to a range of eating options but quiet and relaxing. This is not for you if you want to party all night or need shopping malls, but for feet in the sand and relaxation, don’t think twice.
