Best staff you can imagine. Super friendly, helpful, and simply sweet. The resort looks better in real life than in the pictures, and the atmosphere is pure relaxation. Def. Recommend!!!

Dieses Resort können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir waren vier Tage - fünf Nächste dort und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Von der Inhaberin bis über allen Mitarbeitern waren wirklich alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren super und die Nähe zum Strand waren einzigartig. Der Service und das Essen waren fabelhaft. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Check In early to avoid water dripping music.

I checked in a bit late, got the key, drop my luggage and went out for diner and drink. When I came back for sleeping I realized that the water in the bathroom was dripping and shower head was broken. The morning after, I asked the lobby to fix those 2 problems, they did it and had a quiet night. All of this to mention, the maintenance of the place is not very good, but when you ask them to repair stuff they will do it. I believe bad management but if you push people a bit they will do the job. Too bad that they are not pro active...

Fangen wir mal an mit der Zufahrt: die Strasse zum Resort ist schlimmer als in ein Jungle Camp. Reception wenn sie nicht riesig angeschrieben wäre würde man sie kaum finden. Personal hat kein Interesse an Gastfreundlichkeit und es ist ihnen alles egal. Zum Zimmer leider nicht sauber der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch im Eimer und es wurde kaum gereinigt. Save defekt, Dusche kaum zum gebrauchen, Balkontüre nicht abschliessbar, keine Wasser im Zimmer und Zimmer werden nicht Täglich gereinigt.

God værdi for pengene

Fandt stedet med kort varsel og i lavsæson derfor måske ikke helt oppe i gear men prisen i forhold til en overnatning var meget rimelig. Hvis ikke man bruger hotels.com eller kender stedet fra andre vil man ikke finde det da det ligger ned af en grus vej godt gemt væk. Meget larm om natten og fra personalet men igen dejligt sted til prisen.

Trevligt boende, lugnt o skönt. Tyvärr var poolbaren stängd. Och man fick inte ta med sig drickan man köpte i receptionen, till poolen....! Vi, 2 vuxna och 2 barn på 7 och 10 år hade det kanon. Men minus för att man inte kunde bada i havet. (Men det visste vi.)

- extrem unfreundliches Personal - Zimmerausstattung unzureichend, keine Haartrockner, keine kleinen Handtücher, kein Wasserkocher - Zimmer wird für 3 Personen angeboten , aber es gibt nur 2 Stühle und 1 Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse (sind wohl defekt) - Frühstück zu teuer und man bezahlt alles einzeln, kein Buffet - Strand wird nicht gereinigt - Pool zu klein, wenn komplett ausgebucht - Zimmer schon abgewohnt - Zimmer Reinigung eher mangelhaft

We enjoyed the check in process, staff were very helpful and kind. The property itself is situated on the beach with a beautiful view, however the beach is very rocky and you can’t walk on the sand without shoes. The room is very small but has great air conditioning.

Glimrende hotel

Glimrende Lille boutique hotel. Vi have et værelse på 1. Sal - en smule slidt, men pænt, stille og komfortabelt. Ud over hotellet gjorde vi brug af deres taxi service, leje af scooter, bookning af billetter og kajak leje. Glimrende service, gode priser og venligt personale.

酒店位置有點偏僻 但酒店職員真的服務超好 由BOOK DAY TOUR...到我們所需的日用品也盡力協助 最後一天我和朋友們遲了出門BOOK 回蘇梅的船票, 酒店職員需趕急的幫我們安排購票及送我們到碼頭 為此我和朋友們都感到非常抱歉 亦想藉著這評價表場一下酒店職員的協助,讓我們的行程可以順利進行

The swimming in the beach (sea) is not comfortable, the water is shallow, and must to get into the water with sandals. We upgraded the room, and we found that they charge more than the prices in hotelsl.com. There was no wifi reception in the room that close to the beach.

Acceuil un peu juste, belle piscine

Plage pas trop adaptée à la baignade pour les enfants. Belle piscine et on peut trouver à manger juste en sortant vers la route. Le magasin big C market (ex Casino) est bien fourni et moins cher même que 7/11. Sinon il faut aller vers Thong sala où il y a plein de choses mais il faut etre véhiculé. L'hôtel propose également une navette taxi pour 100 bath par personne. Un peu cher si on est 4 juste pour faire 2-3 km

Lovely hotel and staff. Comfortable and clean with excellent A/C and a very nice family feel. I was there without kids and was working a lot on my laptop but really appreciated the warm energy. Run by a lovely couple and really just there is kindness and good vibes felt. Well located very close to beach, didn't use the pool but it was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Needs maintenance, care and attention.

We recently just stayed here for our 4th time. It’s just not the great little place it used to be. For the second year in a row we turned up to find out they had given our room to someone else. Two years ago they had to drive us to another resort, this year they put us up in a room we didn’t order for the first night. Very inconvenient and simply not apologetic. The pool bar was not open, we questioned it and was told that the bar staff had recently quit - I don’t see how that’s paying guests problem? Especially when the bar is made such a big deal in pictures. The resort used to be well lit at night, cater for half moon parties (paints and an atmosphere in the main bar), this year - nothing. The beach front used to have great furnishings and be very romantic. This year the sun loungers are torn, dirty, very rough to the touch - lots of things broken. The rooms are mostly clean, but are currently not being well maintained - lots of staines, ripped wallpaper and broken equipment. Air conditioning was great. They did pick us up from the pier free of charge, but then charged 100 baht to be dropped back to the pier. The check out is very odd due to timings, so we had to check out at 8pm the day before and then leave our key with the driver in the morning. Also - time limits on pool towels and daily key drop requests for room cleaning. All a little annoying. This resort is the only place we kept returning to, it won’t happen again. It’s such a shame.

港からも近くフロントの対応も良かったです。ただ蚊が多くて部屋にも沢山入ってくるので泊まるときは虫除けが必要です。
