"Awesome accommodations! This was the perfect location for my trip to Pattaya. The condo was close enough to gain access to the beach, restaurants, and many activities in and around Pattaya. Our host was superb, if I had a question, she was able to respond almost immediately. Ayo, the property manager, was exceptional. She took great care of me while staying here. When I return to Pattaya, this will be my first choice. There are no complaints from me, only accolades!"

"I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north."

"Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.! Location cannot be...

"The Woodlands suites offer cozy and clean services appartments in a quiet environment, not far from a shopping center, with a lot of dinning options around, a short walk to the beach and a very approchable and agreable staff. Note that it is more couples and family oriented. Special: The local flying foxes to observe roaming between trees at night."

"The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"We have stayed here many times, and have enjoyed our stays.property is in a prime location opposite the beach, and next to mall Bhat bus run in either directions on opposite sides of property. This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features. Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties...

Condo is clean but needs full upgrade. No TV in either bedroom. No iron. No furniture on the small balcony. Curtain in main bedroom only a partial blind. Needs a proper curtain for privacy and block out sunlight. Not enough cups and glasses. Only one glass… bed mattress in second bedroom very hard. Only one...
