Einrichtung war etwas altbacken, Elektrogeräte könnten mal erneuert oder gründlich gereinigt werden z. Bsp. Toaster oder Kaffeemaschine. Kaffeekanne war noch verschmutzt und im Wasserkocher war noch Wasser vom Vormieter. Im Bad sollten die Fugen gereinigt werden (schimmlig)

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut,jedoch ein Handtuch war sehr dreckig, so dass man es nicht benutzen konnte.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum See und der eigene Strandbereich waren ideal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Beim Einchecken gab's ein kleines Problem, weil die Schlüsselbox mit dem zugeteilten Code nicht aufging, aber dies konnte mit einem Anruf gelöst werden.Wir werden wieder kommen.

Apartment am See

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute und schöne Lage und ist sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es standen immer ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Fussläufig waren mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten, ein Fahrradverleih und die Herzogstandbahn zu erreichen. Man konnte weite und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge direkt am See unternehmen. Die Wohnung war vollumfänglich ausgestattet, es wurde einem auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt. Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl die Wohnung neben einerund direkt zur Straße

Lage gut, Infrastruktur fehlt

Wir hatten gutes Wetter Ende Oktober am Walchensee, die Lage ist sehr gut, leider gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort (mehr). Das Brötchen-holen am Morgen war schwierig. Aber sonst alles okay.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war schön. Die Straße zwischen See und Wohnung hat nicht so sehr gestört. Super war, dass die Wohnanlage ein eigenes Seegrundstück mit Terrasse hat. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung hat alles man braucht. Es könnte allerdings etwas sauberer sein, z.b.(Kühlschrank, Toaster, Dunstabzugshaube ). Auf der Terrasse sind lose Platten .Aber im großen und ganzen ist es soweit gut .sind lose Platten

Traumhafter Urlaub am Walchensee - kommen wieder

Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz. Wir hatten 4 traumhafte Tage am See und Umgebung. Der Privatzugang vom Haus zum See nur über die Seestraße war mega. Badesteg und SuP Anlegestelle sowie kleine Wiese und riesen Terrasse zum Sitzen waren top. Die Wohnung ist ok. Sie hat etwas gemuffelt. Die Matratzen vom Bett waren sehr weich. Schlafsofa war gut. Bad und Küche sind recht neu. Pool im Haus war auch ganz nett.

Wir durften eine Woche in einer Wunderschönen Umgebung verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung hatte für uns 4 eine ausreichende größe und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Überlegen ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Gegend am Walchensee. Die Unterkunft war super, es fehlten nur Weingläser, Müllbeutel und ein Besen. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Anmerkung habe ich noch, der Briefkasten in der Wohnung für die Meldescheine müsste dringend mal geleert werden.

Unsere Auszeit direkt am See

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Der Blick von der Terrasse zum See sehr eingeschränkt, nur seitlich möglich da die Bäume und Sträucher vorne schon sehr hoch sind. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna einfach super habe ich sehr genossen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden obwohl die Gartenstühle auf der Terrasse nicht für uns geeignet waren, da wir doch etwas dicker sind und das/unser Gewicht die wackeligen Stühle nicht ausgehalten hätte! Fazit: wir hatten einen echt schönen Urlaub und die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, für uns sehr schön und vor allem gemütlich! Wir werden auch bestimmt wieder hierher kommen.. danke!

Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Leider nicht ganz sauber. Bei Ankunft ist der Wohnugsschlüssel sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst stank nach Kanal oder Ähnlichem. Der Geruch kommt aus der Dusche oder Klo. War leider die ganze Zeit nicht wegzubekommen, trotz Raumspray. Die Gegend ist wunderbar.

Positives: + Lage, sehr schöner See und tolle Berge + zwischen Unterkunft und See liegt nur eine Straße, kleine Rasenfläche mit Schwimmmöglichkeit fußläufig in 5 Min zu erreichen + schöner kleiner Vorgarten mit etwas Rasenfläche + gute Kommunikation + Parkplatz kostenlos und vor dem Haus ausreichend zur Verfügung + mit Gästekarte kostenlose Nahverkehrsnutzung + Badezimmer und Küche modern renoviert + TV und Wlan Negatives: - Sofa sehr durchgelegen, Matratze ist andauernd davongerutscht - Bett sehr unbequem und durchgelegen, zudem defekt (Bettrahmen fällt bald auseinander, Lattenrost hat sich in der Nacht 2x gelöst und musste neu justiert werden, da wir sonst auf dem Boden lagen) - - in den letzten Nächten hatten wir dann solche Rückenschmerzen, sodass wir bereits einen Tag früher abreisten - viele defekte Gegenstände (wackliger Toilettensitz, wackliger Handtuchhalter, Gartensitz sehr wacklig und Schraube schaute raus, Bettgestell wie oben beschrieben, Verdunklungstüren verzogen, daher viel Lichteinfall, an einem Esszimmertisch fehlte ein Polster an der Rückenlehne) - Bettlaken mit Flecken versehen - Wohnzimmerteppich roch sehr stark und unangenehm - einige Stellen wurden schon lange nicht mehr geputzt, zB verstaubte Spinnweben in diversen Ecken

Perfekt für Wanderurlaub

Die Wohnung ist klein aber für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt für das leicht schadhafte Bett, da hier der Lattenrost öfter runter gefallen ist, da das Bett etwas verzogen ist. Ansonsten urig und schön eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum. Die schönsten Ziele der Umgebung auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unterm Strich sehr zu empfehlen!

Leider nicht sauber

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, das Bett durchgelegen. Sauna und Pool sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat dahingehend allerdings gut funktioniert. Die Lage und der Ort waren toll!
