As vlogger 'Andrew traveled There' on YouTube shows, this hotel has it all! The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at the other restaurants on site at this hotel. Decent price for a fun, comprehensive hotel. Good experience and fond memories of my stay there, and the staff was so helpful and nice. And the Indian paradise of the state of Kerala. Hope to visit again!
The location was close to Nedumbassery airport though it is about 3 km away from the terminal.Well maintained, ample parking space, courteous security, front desk and house keeping staff.Room was well maintained especially bathroom.Bed linen were clean and smell was fresh. They have a pool and spa which was not used as our stay was only for hardly a day.Food was okay, but you have several nearby options in and around the airport as well.Getting out of the property drivers should be careful about the signal as we directly enter a main junction with reasonably busy traffic.
Front desk staff Aishwarya, took us through the check in without any delay and offered a welcome drink.
All together it is a perfect short stay for families utilising the airport services either for picking up or dropping your near onesat the airport and taking time to stretch out and relax before you go back to your original destination.Hotels and Expedia together gave a great rate for a day which made the stay cool and comfortable and we were three adults in a room and managed with 2 beds though they offered extra bed.
Very nice and clean place, for a great value. A bit far from the main city, but if you’re just coming out of the airport and need a place to stay, this is where it’s at! Shower is awesome!

Well equipped spacious room
useful shuttle to airport
Cleanliness issues resolved after just one phonecall
Swimming pool pleasant
Staff very helpful
Not a luxury hotel. Rooms tired and facilities basic. Scruffy pool outside, at front of hotel, next to car park, should be filled in. Day time reception staff not forthcoming. Half board not explained. No information in room. Had a meal off a shortened menu, buffet not offered but being prepared. Airport shuttle good, once system understood.
Very goid place to stay. Close to airport. Easy access to public transportation. Very nice food in restaurant. Beteer for conferences

Adequate for catching a flight but could be better
First of all, this is a reasonable hotel for the price and suitable for an overnight stay before or after a flight. In most places, this would be a 2 or 3-star hotel. We found it to be clean but many of the facilities listed simply do not seem to exist. There have obviously never been any plans for a poolside bar, for example - the pool was small and only had one sun lounger - I couldn't even see where they could have set up a bar. In fact, out of the three bars advertised, there appeared to only be one "executive" bar, which was closed the whole time we were there. In fact, there is very little in the way of entertainment.
We had mixed experiences with the staff. There was a general lacklustre approach dealing with guests, but we found the staff in the restaurant quite pleasant. For example, we had booked the larger "executive" room. When checking in, we were given the cheaper "deluxe" room. In fairness, this could have been an innocent mistake as we'd only placed the booking with Expedia fifteen minutes earlier. When we asked at reception to change, we were told we could have the executive room if we want "but there isn't much difference". If so, then why charge significantly more? When we got the room, it was much bigger than the deluxe so it really felt like they were reluctant to give up one of these rooms. Generally, most of the staff struggled with comprehending our English and, if they really want to give 5 star service, a lot more training is needed.
Apparently, they don’t take bookings with ebookers
Our flight from Goa to Chennai was 2 hours late, meaning that we missed the connecting flight to Kochi, and had to spend the night in Chennai instead to get the next connection. Spicejet staff helped us phone Diana Heights hotel from Chennai airport to cancel our booking, as it was no longer required but paid for in full. Despite quoting the eBookers reservation number the receptionist at Diana Heights said that they don’t take bookings with eBookers, so hadn’t booked us a room in the first place. It may have been a tricky situation if we had turned up there as planned late at night, with no room to stay in.
This hotel is not as close to the airport as it appears to indicate, but other hotels in the area also seem to be similarly located. The rooms looked generally okay in the beginning. The bed sheets were not fresh. One can easily tell the bed sheets were not changed after the last check out. We were tired and noticed it only late. We checked in late and were there only for a limited number of hours in the night. Only one bath towel was provided for a two-person occupancy. There was no one at the front desk when I wanted to check out early in the morning (sometime after 5:00 AM). The attendant emerged from a sofa in the reception area. I requested assistance with the luggage; no one showed up and after waiting for a while I dragged them down myself. The security guard assisted me when I finally got to the first floor. The star rating for this hotel appears to be misleading.
I first I was told that I had no reservation & I have to wait around for an hour at 2 am , to get in a room.t
2 though I paid for an executive room , was given a lesser value room
3 Be cause oh the very "Inhospitable atmosphere, I checked of the roon in a few hours
Merci

convienient hotel, friendly staff.
The hotel is very close to the airport which suited me very well. It is a business hotel so not nrcessarily geared towards a tourist like me.
Nice hotel and restaurant, although need to improv
The hotel and the restaurant was very nice. Although, there was no hot water and I didn't had enough time to call the reception to make the hot water. There was also some work going on, which affected our sleep a bit.
Good points first: spacious room, helpful staff at front desk, free shutle to airport. Not so good points: long check-in process, had to go back for wifi code (took some 35 minutes to set up). Restaurant food (breakfast, lunch and dinner was OK), service could be improved, tablecloth and runners were filthy. Hot water for the sink, but not for the shower. Room cleanliness could be improved. Bar tab can only be paid cash. Had been in India for four weeks and our guide told us not to have to many expectations. True for this hotel. This hotel lists itself as a "luxury"hotel (maybe because of the pool), but should have a star rating of only 2.5. Not recommended.

Close to airport
Nice enough hotel, close to airport. On a noisy main road though.
We had some treatments in the Spa - nice but watch out for the extra taxes - they make it all very expensive!
The restaurant was a bit bleak, very well air conditioned (cold). Dinner was limited and breakfast was not good-we has to resort to cornflakes and milk!
On the good side, they did do a complimentary taxi service to the airport. There is a small outdoor swimming pool- very refreshing but unfortunately very noisy from the road, so not hugely relaxing.
There was a lot of noise from the corridor that came in under the bedroom door.
I wouldn't call it a Luxury hotel but it was reasonably priced.
Friendly staff on checkin even at the late hour. Clean room, decent mini bar and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good and they even offered my guests free coffee. On checkout , they stored my bags till evening while I toured the city. I took an evening swimming well after my check out with no hassle from the staff. Overall a good experience at a budget price and very nice ambience. Definitely good value for money.

Marble-Good, Mustiness-Not So Good
Best parts - Attractive finsihings, Great service, free airport shuttle, decent wifi, reasonably priced restaurant/bar with good food, flat screen TVs and powerful A/C in room.
Rough patches - The drain in the shower didn't work properly, so the bathroom flooded after even a brief shower, which likely caused the musty smell in the room we noticed when we got in. I didn't eat the breakfast on offer, but went to see what was on offer, and the only western item on offer was white toast. I love curry, but I don't like to eat it for breakfast.
Overall, it's a pretty good place for the value.
