"Clean and wonderful breakfast and good location~ "

"Nice and clean hotel. Great location!"

"The only "complaint" I have is that the in-room coffee packages, the soap, and the toilet paper were not refreshed daily. But, that's it. Everything else was excellent, from the check in process to the check out. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and plenty of room on the lavatory counter. The bed was comfortable; the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, even in the rain; the room was quiet, even being next door to the indoor pool and hot-tub; the parking lot is very accessible from the rear street (kinda crazy from the Parkway, but what isn't in the peak October season?); and even the landscaping (including mature trees in the back parking lot) made it feel more like a nice resort and "homey." And, everything was as clean as a pin. I really don't believe we would have changed a thing (except the toilet was a round "girl" potty, not a oblong "boy" potty). We have decided it will be out hotel of choice on all future trips to Pigeon Forge."

"The staff was very nice here and the rooms were clean and very roomy. The balconies were very enjoyable the beds were soft and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My only real complaint is that there is not enough room for seating in the area where they hold breakfast. The food was okay but it wasn't great. It was a buffet of sorts but limited and it was so noisy you could barely hear yourself think. If they had a way to expand their morning room to allow for people to sit comfortably and eat I think it would be an absolutely amazing stay. We definitely had fun. The kids loved the pool with the slide, they're lazy river and even the little kitty Splash Pool although that was cold water when the rest was warm. Also the game room had been stripped out which was disappointing. I don't think I would stay there if I was going to take in a lot of the local entertainment as the money spent on the room would have been better spent on the sites. However if you're going for the views in the mountains maybe planning to do some hiking it's definitely worth having a nice place to stay when you're finished."

"We booked a riverside balcony king size room with kitchenette. We arrived at 12:ish and they went ahead and checked us in. The room was in a building beside a campground. Plenty of convenient parking for guests. Room was on 5th floor. I was pleasantly shocked at how big our room was when I entered. King size bed with a nice area for your suitcase. A living room area with a full size refrigerator, kitchen area with a two eye stove, sink and coffee maker. All amenities were provided including plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cups. A very nice leather couch and table. And the balcony was very ample sized with two rocking chairs. I loved staying here and will definitely return. "

"Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. The hotel is surrounded by The Island at Pigeon Forge, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away as you depart the hotel. Highly recommend!"
