“It was not a 9 as the ratings suggested. Okay but not that great”

“It was a clean room. The carpet was musty but clean and the room was clean. This was a great place to stop for the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise we had everything we needed. We would stay again”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! It was clean and well designed. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. You can walk all over from this location and we did. We will be back soon!”

“We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was hard, and the potatoes were mediocre. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times……

“The lobby and breakfast was nice. The room was not clean at all, behind the bed was candy and lipstick form previous guests.”

“Mattress was dipped on one side and uncomfortable. Room was spacious, but bathroom was small. Wi-Fi was out the first day we were there, finally available the next day. Hot breakfast food was cold, luckily there was a microwave. There was no yogurt, so I asked the lady at the front desk and she said they were out and would have to order more. About 30 minutes later I walked by and there was yogurt in the fridge.”

“Great coffee, cookies, and breakfast! Room are clean, beds are comfy. The staff are sweet and very helpful. Pool was nice too.”
