「Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. 」

I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! 」

「Great cabin up in the mountains. Location was cool. Nice little town and shops nearby. Close to Gatlinburg proper. Cabin was clean. Furnished appropriately. I would recommend a binder for “how to”. It took us a little bit to figure out the fireplace and the hottub wasn’t at temp. It’s turned down in between stays so you need to turn it up when you arrive. We arrived later than expected.
