Fantastic experience

The stay was everything we hoped it would be. East check in process on a beautiful piece of property. Great communication from owner. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful time here. The place was clean, easy to get to, and away from the hustle and bustle of the pigeon forge/gatlinburg tourist area but close enough to enjoy it too. Our host answered our questions. We used the vrbo app to ask them so the responses weren,'t immediate. So in hindsight we could have have called instead. The hot tub and washing machine did break while we were there. Not a huge issue, just inconvenient. At least that was at the end of our stay. It was perfect for what we qanted and would stay again.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at the property, a big, beautiful impeccable house, convenient to a multitude of experiences. The house is very close to the highway, but is amazingly noise-proofed, so the sound of the cars does not really get into the house.

Great Place with Privacy, Yet Close to Attractions

The house is updated and clean. Great game room with pool table (our favorite). A hot tub with plenty of room. The house is in a neighborhood, but trees give you privacy.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this house . It was beautiful inside and out . Extremely clean . The owners did an amazing job with their rental process . The beds were already made for us which was wonderful thing since we were coming in at 1:00 AM. The check out was as just as great . I will definitely be looking to rent this house every time we come to Tennessee. It's a 25-30 min drive to the university of Tennessee which was perfect .

Wonderful week!

We loved this beautiful home! Huge kitchen, very clean with a nice coffee pot and everything you could need to cook and eat there. Living space is great, comfy couches, tvs in all rooms, the recliner in the game room is awesome! Kids really enjoyed the pool table and foosball too! Bathrooms are huge, towels, soap, shampoo provided as well. The hot tub looked great and towels were provided in the gigantic laundry room for it, but it was a bit too chilly for us Floridians to brave it this year!!! Bedrooms are huge too and could definitely sleep a large family, lots of pillows and blankets provided. Everything in the home was spotless and all linens fresh and clean!! It’s located in a great area, just outside the crazy traffic, but close enough to all the excitement! Skyland Ranch was so much fun as well as the lost Mine mini golf and coaster too! Wonderful place, we loved our stay and hope to come back again!

Nice Place but room for improvement

The home was clean and appears as shown in the pictures. When we arrived however, I reached out to the property manager and let them know there were 2 issues. A TV remote in the bedroom was not working and one of the beds was not made/cleaned (it was missing a sheet and was bumbled up under the top comforter). This gave concern that it was dirty and not washed so we did it ourselves. Unfortunately, we never heard back from the owner/manager. That was the biggest disappointment.As far as potential room for improvement, the beds were unusually small (queens on larger bed frames making them appear even smaller in the rooms) but were otherwise as advertised. The home could really benefit from larger king size beds.

Perfect spot to stay!

We were so please with this beautiful home! Its the perfect location as we came to see Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. The famous Buc-ees is right down the road. You're far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, and Pigeon forge. But not too far to make a day out of it. Quiet neighborhood, and even better to be up above it away from neighbors. The house was wonderful as my 5 children were able to run about on the grounds, enjoying the outdoors, hot tub, and game room. All had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, and big kitchen to prepare in. They were also amazing when I asked if we could come a day earlier, and we were late with our checkout by an hour. Very eager to make you feel at home, and comfortable. Only tip would be to have some coffee filters, and maybe some basics like salt and pepper, and a few more paper towels. Otherwise we could not have been happier with a place! Would stay again!

The home is a great home and the location is beautiful. We loved the area and the big front porch. The place was big enough for us and the game room was nice. We had problems with the hot tub and sent a message on the second day of our 8 day stay. The host was notified, and someone came out the next day. After they left, it had a different error code. We notified the host again and they told us someone would come back out. We ended up fixing it ourselves (it was a filter problem) and then the guy showed up a little after that.The biggest problem was the washing machine. It broke, on the second day. Someone came out the day after and it was not fixable. They needed a part, I thought they needed a new washing machine, which was screeching, like metal grinding. The host person setup a laundry service for us. If you have kids, this is so inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes every couple of days. We ended up going to the laundry mat on the night before we left because the washer still had not been fixed. I also read a past review that the washer was not working right before our stay there.Last of all, I had to buy dish soap, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, and toilet paper for our stay. This is not ok. There is something saying they only provide a starter set. It is in the bottom of the (About this property). Not enough towels provided. Especially with a hot tub, you need extra towels. Only 2 dish towels and 1 wash rag for 8 day stay.
