Aside from the handful of small irritants (poor check in procedures, a loose barking dog from the house less than 20 ft from this cabin and no window coverings other than partial fogging on the bathroom) this place is not

Fun place!

Rental was very fun with lots of amenities! Thank you for the bubble bath, laundry facilities, lake view and smart tv! -just a note, if you are not agile or tall, the sleeping arrangements can be challenging. Crawling is needed to get into bed. -also, there are house right next door, however everyone was very quiet.

Awesome modern gem in Anchorage

My son and I stayed in this cottage while in Kodiak and it was truly amazing. You would not know it from the outside. Don’t let the rustic exterior fool you. Step in and you are transported to a super modern interior. Decor was well thought out. All amenities one could need. Beautiful view of lake and in a quiet area with nice neighbors but only a short drive to town. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend especially since there aren’t a lot of options on Kodiak. This cottage beats expectations.

Great cozy cabin!

The cabin was a great place to come back and relax after a long day of adventuring on the island. Very clean and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. Jessica was excellent with communication. 5 stars all around. Two things for awarness: we thought we were parked far enough over for the neighbors vehicle, but they knocked within 30 minutes asking us to move over (they were very kind when asking); For the loft, the low cielings are not bad , but there is a very tight squeeze getting up there due to the angle of the stair case and the A-frame nature of the cabin.
