Kuschlig warme Unterkunft,mit dem Gaskamin,dem Jacuzzi , der Whirlwanne und Infrarotkamine waren nach den Ausflügen immer genau richtig! Betten,Räumlichkeiten,die Küche waren super nutzbar und zum Wohlfühlen geeignet! Die Skipisten waren noch nicht nutzbar ,sahen aber interessant aus! "Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. The host Linda is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, she is also quick to respond to messages. Don’t hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. We will certainly be back next year,"

"Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen bei Franz auf dem Hof verbracht. Die Aussicht war wunderbar, Essen an der frischen Luft ist immer schön und Franz hat sich wirklich gut gesorgt. Ein Baum auf der Straße nach heftigem Unwetter, kein Problem Franz löst das schnell und war immer ansprechbar. Die Zimmer und Badaufteilung hatten wir uns laut der Anzeige etwas anders vorgestellt, aber ein separates WC und ein Bad mit Dusche ging auch alles prima. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air.
