"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Room was fine for three people but bathroom was small. Water slow to drain in sink but otherwise hotel was good and in a very good location."

"Immaculate room. Excellent location close to attractions and transportation hub. Delicious buffet breakfast which was an amazing start to the day. Friendly staff. Will return again."

"The hotel was really clean and only the staff member checking us in seemed a bit annoyed with us because the computers are turned towards customers to make it seem like you are supposed to check yourself in but we are not allowed too. The staff member just seemed annoyed and bothered to have to tell us and check us in but I think it is just a common accurance and she might have been more annoyed with the process. The only thing that actually bothered me about the place was that we were not able to go see the Godzilla statue because of work or maintanance but we booked the hotel for this reason. We were not warned it would be closed. However everything else is very convenient and great about the hotel and staff. The location is so fun and they had a lot of cute areas and services available like a fun cafe and sitting area. I will definantly stay here again."

"The location is great. The rooms however have little to no space. It is smaller than APA hotel. The amenities were very scarce. The staff are great. Location is great. The rooms though are too small, shower is not the greatest, the bed and windows are not that great. "

"As soon as you step out of the hotel you are in the middle of it all - shops, people, metro! A good base to stay, but be sure to check out other areas easily accessible by the metro as these give different vibes (good ones). Hotel is clean. Rooms are if a good size."
