The villa is perfect for two guests and comes with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe in the bedroom. The chic kitchen makes it easy to prepare a light breakfast or morning coffee. Don’t feel like cooking? The cozy Lek Nana restaurant on site is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, or you can order room service for a relaxed evening at the villa. Check-in/Check-out times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times; we will do our best to accommodate this depending on the booking schedule.
House rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules: no smoking in the villa, no pets, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Cleaning and maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. The pool and garden are maintained regularly to ensure everything is in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
Utilities: Electricity is charged separately based on your usage, at a rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water consumption is included in your stay.
Security deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) Baht is required upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
