「From check in, the experience at this place was awful. Firstly, it’s not where you expect it to be and it’s part of Cliffview? Simple Life. Expedia advertises the check in time as 8am, which was part of the reason we booked this hotel as we had an early ferry. Upon arriving we were told check in was 2pm!!! "The bed is comfortable, and the swimming pool is sufficient. The view from the room is also beautiful, but it comes at a price. If you don’t want to walk back to your room, you have to take the hotel’s golf cart. If the service quality is also poor, it feels even less worthwhile. If you’re looking to stay closer to the beach, this hotel is not recommended. The room rates are not cheap, and the service is not up to standard."
