「Pristine stay in an unbeatable Paia location
I had a wonderful stay at Hale Nihi. The property was absolutely pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities advertised. For me, though, the real standout was the location. You can easily walk to Mana Foods for groceries, as well as seemingly endless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the heart of Paia. Beautiful North Shore beaches are also nearby, making this an ideal home base for exploring this part of...

「We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex...

「 Kīhei Casita House Stay (above the Main House): just lovely - would stay there again - reasonably priced - fully functioning everything - and easy outside access - we actually stayed in the Main House for one week and then one week in the Casita - while in the Main House the Casita was occupied and no noise issues at all. Fairly easy access to beaches and beach shopping. Excellent communication with host.」

「Theresa/Lolo and other office staff were great at answering questions before we arrived and also during checkout they printed out our flight boarding passes. This is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen available to make meals or store our restaurant leftovers. Our unit faced the center courtyard so we could see the ocean over the pool area. Landscaping with waterfall and BBQ patio made us feel we were in an elegant resort. Ocean waves came up to low cliffs where we...

「There are dishes and cooking appliances. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, at least for the time I was there because there was construction right across the street blocking stuff off. The pool and hot tub is great. The only thing I can recommend is bringing a Roku receiver for the TV if you want to watch Netflix and whatnot! There is cable and some movies/ shows on demand. Overall it was a nice stay!」
