Koksijde Pet-friendly Hotel

"The staff are very friendly, the hotel room we stayed in was very outdated bathroom needed attention. The room it self needed some warms in decoration wise. Mattress quite old and uncomfortable. Facilities at the hotel are lovely, 2 ok size pools, for little ones and older ones :), lots of gams rooms, reasonably close to the beach, approx 10 min walk. For the prices it's sold would not stay, for the price we got in last minute deal, was ok. "

"Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel."

"The owner/manager was not given our arrival time, and did not have my GSM number. There were no instructions to contact her before arriving. The expected arrival time was given clearly to VRBO but not communicated. This resulted in a long wait at the door. The owner/manager was not given the" number of beds required and could not prepare the bedclothes beforehand. This was very unsatisfactory and disappointing."
