Overall a good stay. The shower had poor water pressure, and you can just walk onto your neighbor's balcony. But the room was comfortable and looked like the pictures. Staff was nice. Breakfast could be improved but not bad

Très bel hôtel, bravo aux architectes. Clim dans la chambre pas facile à gérer. P-déj. buffet excellent. Familles ??? Tout fonctionne avec cartes, codes etc., aussi les ascenseurs. Y compris le parking souterrain très bien, très propre et très pratique surtout pour pers. âgées, mais lecteur du code QR à l’entrée pas évident). Seul point négatif: papier WC pas à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles! SPA non utilisé!

Check in extremely long.. accueil pas spécialement sympathique. L’hôtel est bien situé, just devant la plage mais il manque de chaleur. Aussi bien dans le service que dans la décoration. C’était bien de l’avoir essayé une fois mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Telefonisch moeilijk bereikbaar. Gemakkelijke parkeergarage maar als je met al uw bagage binnen wil gaan zijn de binnenste deuren niet automatisch open. Zou wel handig zijn. In de kamer super douche en geweldige producten. Kleine opbergruimte in de badkamer. In de kamer gaat de kleerkast moeilijk open is maar een kleine hendel om vast te nemen. Rest prima verlopen. Wel prijzig ontbijt. 1 minpuntje in ons geval. We logeerden op de 4de verdieping en er was brandalarm en de receptie was niet bereikbaar. We stonden aan de emergency exit met een rolstoel en je kon via de trap naar de eerste verdieping. Maar op de plaat stond TAKE THE ELEVATOR. Raar. Geen enkele comminicate.

Het ontbijt was OK maar ik at al veel beter in goedkopere hotels. Toen ik ontbijt ging boeken aan de receptie duurde het wel even, en waren ze niet zo vriendelijk, eerder gelaten. De man was verbaasd dat we er logeerden 'Ach, jullie logeren hier?" Vreemd, haha. Wel erg jammer dat het zeer duur was om te parkeren in de ondergrondse parking. 32 EUR elke nacht... De kamer met uitzicht op zee was prachtig! Zeer rustgevend, de reden waarom ik iets meer wilde betalen. De kamers zijn bijzonder mooi, simpel maar mooi en netjes.

Het Silt is een prachtig hotel met zeer mooie en ruime kamers. Groot minpunt was dat de ontbijtruimte te klein was. Er was geen tafel meer beschikbaar om 9u30 op een zondagochtend. We moesten wachten tot er een tafel beschikbaar was. Zoiets kan echt niet voor een hotel waar je toch genoeg voor betaald. We hebben dan ook geen ontbijt genomen

Het hotel is TOP qua ligging ... accommodaties, ruime kamer en uitzicht. Alles is aanwezig wat nodig is. Frigo ... Airco ... gratis koffie ... water ... Het balkon/terras is ruim, enkel niet afgesloten van andere hotelgasten.

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage an der Strandpromenade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem sensationellen Ausblick über den Strand. Negativ: im Hauseigenen Restaurant hätte man vorher reservieren müssen. Weder am Anreisetag noch am Tag darauf war noch ein Tisch für 2 frei.

Mooi schoon en nieuw hotel. Beetje steriel. Mist een ziel. Restaurant aardig, maar personeel wat arrogant. De bar heeft de uitstraling van een stationsrestauratie in 1980. De zee is prachtig, Geen windmolens te zien, maar de Belgen hebben hun kustlijn wel volledig verpest met Oost-Europese flatgebouwen. Echt heel erg lelijk om te zien. De horeca Rondom het hotel is niet bijzonder, maar prima om je een paar dagen mee te kunnen vermaken .

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Les préférences pour les lits n'ont pas été respectées, et les terrasses, censées être privées, étaient en réalité des chemins d'évacuation sans sécurité ni intimité, avec des intrusions perturbantes directement devant nos fenêtres. Imaginez des gens devant votre fenêtre à 21h, en train de scruter l’intérieur et le matin vers 8h10, un enfant seul qui se balade devant votre chambre, sur la terrasse. Pas du tout rassurant. Le pire fut l'insonorisation inexistante. Une personne non identifiée a pénétré dans ma chambre à 8h35, ajoutant un sentiment d'insécurité. Le restaurant était fermé tout notre séjour sans préavis, nous forçant à chercher d'autres lieux pour manger. Le petit déjeuner à 30€ proposé n'était qu'un buffet basique, et faute de place, j'ai dû partir après une attente vaine de 15 minutes. Le parking coûte 32€ par jour, un prix exorbitant. Un ascenseur avait un miroir cassé et l'autre était hors service, sans communication préalable. Malgré nos plaintes, la réception n'a montré aucune écoute ni volonté de résoudre ces problèmes, reflétant un manque de professionnalisme et de souci du client. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, qui n'offre pas le service promis. Les futurs clients doivent être conscients de ces lacunes flagrantes.
