This beautiful, fully air conditioned, 1620 sq' Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories and an open loft that serves as a fourth bedroom. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a Calif. KING size bed, a large master bathroom, walk in shower, tub, closet, two sink vanity, TV and even a private lanai. There is a second bedroom w/ a King bed and a full bathroom across the hall. We have provided a stacked washer/dryer on this floor as well.

The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is very modern and is loaded with the newest appliances for your convenience. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and a surround sound stereo system for your enjoyment. The upstairs boasts the spacious loft area with a closet and three twin beds (can be made into a King sized bed) and a view of the downstairs living area. There is also a third private bedroom with a queen bed and TV as well as another full bathroom...this is a Jack n Jill bathroom.

This condo is an upper unit so there is no noise to contend with. It is located in the Regency group of condos which have access to the private 3 pools, spas and BBQ areas (available only to Regency guests) should you desire to BBQ and lounge about. There is a beautiful walking path, with immaculately manicured trees, shrubs, and lawns that leads to the beach from the condo. This is a very pleasant 5 minute stroll. The beaches are very user friendly should you desire to snorkel, swim, or just lie out and catch up on your tan.

We own, rent and manage this condo ourselves as well as # 857718 ( the 2 units could be combined for larger groups)... and take great pride in offering you the best value in housing in the Poipu area for your dream vacation.

We had a wonderful trip and the condo was a big part of that. It was fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space! Mike was very communicative and a fantastic host. We would book this one again!!!

We had a fantastic stay of two weeks with eight adults and were very comfortable. The condo was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Having access to three different pools and Poipu Beach just a short walk away, was perfect.

Great property

We had a wonderful stay and loved all of the amenities this rental offered. The beach toys and equipment made it easy to play at Poipu and the on island caretaker, Sheila, was fantastic taking care of a couple random needs while we were in the condo. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

We were very happy with our stay! The check in/check out process was very easy. The condo was in good shape and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved the walk to the ocean. It was a quick beautiful walk either direction. We also used the pool/hot tubs every night and grilled by the pool one night. Highly recommend!

Paradise

Let me start by saying that everything was exactly as stated in the Vrbo ad for this property and it was perfect for our family of 8. We stayed for 10 nights (actually only 9 because the airline robbed us of the first night!) It was my wife and I, my parents, my sister and her husband, and my brother and his wife. It was the perfect size and we never felt that we were in each other's way. Sure, it's an older property, but they keep it up very well. There are 3 pools to use and hot tubs on the property which are very nice and it's a short 10 minute walk to the beaches where we saw sea turtles every day, Hawaiian Monk Seals, and of course chickens. LOL. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and setting. Michael was a great host and very quick to respond to all of my questions! Thanks Michael !!!

Great property and perfect location!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. The only issue we had was that the upstairs shower didn't work. The property manager was very responsive and took care it immediately. The property had everything we needed when we arrived. The location was fantastic. The walk to Poipu Beach was only a few minutes. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again. Best Family Vacation!!!!

This was the best family vacation we have had. It had plenty room for my family and most of all it was spotless clean. Great location for beaches, resteraunts, shopping or to just relax. It aslo had all the beach items you need to have a fun day at the beach, beach towles, chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, umbrella and toys and many more. The condo had plenty of room and all the pictures don’t justify how big and clean it is. I would HIGHLY recommend staying there and the owner was the best to work with. We have already reserved it again.

Family vacation

The property was as described, clean, well stocked, great beds, a supply of essentials like soap to get us started. The air conditioning was wonderful, although we only used it a bit in the late afternoon. The walk to the beach for me at 68 was more like a 15 minute walk, but my younger family found it faster. Easy walking path, with gorgeous grounds. I think I counted 8 colors of hibiscus. Definitely enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

Poipu heaven

First we will ALWAYS stay here! Everything you need and then some. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. 3 bathrooms very important with 6 adults and a toddler, 2 pools and when they say 5 minutes to the beach it’s true! They have everything you also need for the beach…2 umbrellas, 6 beach chairs(they all worked), ice chest, boogie board, and the wagon to haul it all to the beach! You want turtles we had 10 on the beach one night. You want monk seals got it! Restaurants within walking distance. We asked for a high chair and pack n play and either they delivered or it was there. Last but not least it’s roomy! We never felt uncomfortable…home away from home! Thank you Michael for sharing your home with us!

Right in the highly desired Poipu Beach area!!

Nice condo with plenty of room for our group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, so the total of 3 bathrooms was perfect. Never ran out of hot water, even when all 3 showers were being used and sometimes the dishwasher too. Plenty of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, rice cooker, crockpot, electric griddle. There was a 9x13 pan and a cookie sheet too. The outside closet had a beach umbrella and a few of the Tommy Bahama chairs-though most had the straps broken so a little tricky to carry if you didn’t bring the wagon. Not sure what else was in there as that was all we used. The condo was in a great spot on the corner, so much sun with the curtains open, and was relatively quiet. Walking at an average pace we made it to Brennecke’s beach in 8 mins, Poipu was another 6 mins.

OK, but in general not up to our standard.

It was serviceable in general, well stocked kitchen with utensils and we cooked all meals in, beds were fine. Unfortunately, we did not find it clean to our standards. The air filter on the air conditioner was so dirty, we called the local manager and she told us where the replacement filters were (grate was still very dirty), baseboards were covered with dust, and so on. We also had difficulty with the key lock and again had to call the local manager who provided a new key and sprayed the lock. Swimming pool was good and close. The beach is more than the 5 minute walk indicated. Big TVs in all rooms which was great. Sofa/chair in living room a little worn, new washer/dryer was nice. We likely won't return to this unit.

You've Ruined our Future Family Vacation Plans

Every 3 years, our family of 7 (father, mother, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, granddaughter #1, granddaughter #2) takes a family vacation together to a different location. This is our third trip together, and after this one, we probably can't go anywhere else! Son and daughter-in-law are already planning a return trip next year sans father, mother, and kids. Mike is a pleasure to work with - he was very accommodating as we lengthened our stay due to opportunities to travel earlier and stay later. The condo is in an EXCELLENT location, with 5 minute walks to two different beaches. Poipu Beach was a great place for our toddlers. We also loved wandering over to the Hyatt on our walks - daughter-in-law is already lobbying daughter to hold a destination wedding at the Hyatt in her future (even though she's not close to getting married?). We also loved being close to many different eating places as well as Koloa. We ventured out for day trips to Waimea Canyon and to the North Shore for a fantastic hike where you could see the Na Pali Coast. Along the way we discovered some unique experiences; most notably, a beach further west of Waimea and the fantastic sights of the North Shore. The amenities of the condo were perfect which included 3 bedrooms, a loft, great kitchen, and overall living space. We loved the pack 'n play, high chair, and beach toys for the granddaughters. We were able to cook some meals and keep snacks fully stocked after visiting Costco and the Big Save Market in Koloa. We also made good use of the washer and dryer over our 11 day trip. All in all, Kauai is magnificent and this condo provided the perfect base. I thought the rate we paid was very reasonable. I would stay here again for sure.

The Best Ever

There were 9 of us and the condo easily accommodated us. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc., so well, and there were plenty of beach towels and other supplies. The location is perfect, with 2 shopping villages very close by, and the beach just a short walk. The resort property is gorgeous and well kept. The impressive thing of our entire stay was the responsiveness of the property manager, Peggy, the owner, Mike, and the helpfulness of the condo manager, Sheila. The focus on customer service was outstanding, and I have recommended this property to a family member for their future trip. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our stay on Kaua’i a memorable time!

Great property and location

We loved our first trip to Kuaui! The condo was the perfect size for our needs. My teenagers used the loft with 3 beds while we had the upstairs bedroom. The other bedrooms downstairs were for extended family. The 2 lanais were perfect to sit and drink a cup of tea or eat a meal. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo is an easy walk to Poipu beach with big waves for those that want them and a calm area with the sea turtles. Beautiful sunsets at Poipu as well. We loved walking to Shirpwreck beach for sunrises. The beach towels and beach equipment came in very handy! The owner and property manager were very responsive to us when the AC was not working and got us additional fans to help keep us comfortable.
