Amazing and easy

This is a beautiful property and convenient to Poipu beaches. We had everything we needed, which made our stay excellent! Everything about this booking and stay was easy and marvelous. We will stay here again.

Awesome place and location

This place was wonderful. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable and spacious, and we loved the beach equipment. If we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai, we'll be staying here!

Great Location!

This property is a in a great location with a short walk to beaches and the house was perfect size for 6 adults. The house came stocked with all the beach equipment including a beach wagon. Overall, If you’re looking for a quiet location near beaches this is your spot.

Hawaii turtle viewing getaway

Great location 6 min walk to poopy beach. Watched the turtles and seals on the beach every morning and evening. Enjoyed the stay and amenities.

Nice set up for families ! A bit older condo location, but easy and direct access to beach/ green trails and 2 smaller pools to chose from:). Appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers to use !!’

Great Time

Property was very nice and clean. Location is excellent. Some stricter pool rules for the kids, but you can work around them. Overall a great place to stay if you need a solid 3 bedrooms.

Location is great!

Our family vacation was made better with the location and comfort of this place. Walked to beaches, enjoyed pools and the Poipu area. The washer was broken, but the owner was so responsive in picking up and dropping off laundry for us every day.

Outstanding Poipu Condo

Excellent condo very close to Poipu beach. Clean, updated, and on a nice property. Exactly as described. Outfitted with plenty of chairs and other fun things to bring to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in sunny Poipu!

Overall our family's stay was wonderful and Michael and Surrey's home is just as advertised. It was great to be able to walk to Poipu Beach for sunset or Shipwreck Beach for sunrise and a close drive to plenty of restaurants in Poipu. The unit had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and all of the beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) were amazing to have. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?

Spacious, family friendly stay

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

Second stay

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time. Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat. Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier! We’ll be back!

Very impressed with our accommodations. Not one thing to complain about it was An amazing stay. Took out daughter and her friend who both turned 13 while on our trip. They will never forgot this trip. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Close walk to beach which was the best beach we found. Our girls loved it!! They are surfer grls in San Diego so this was my refectory!💕

Great Location

Perfect location for visiting our 3 favorite beaches in Poipu! We took advantage of walking to see the sunrise and/or the sunset almost every day. There were great amenities for our young kiddos (4 and 1&1/2) including a pack n’ play, kids dishes and beach toys. We also put the wagon, boogie boards and coolers to good use. Plenty of room for my husband and I, our kiddos and my parents. Highly recommend!
