Check in was easy! Communication was great and updates were very helpful. Kitchen was clean and provided us with essentials. We cooked breakfast every day! Very close to parking. We walked to the beach very easily every day!

Comfortable home base

The unit was perfect for two people, very clean and the area is quiet. Plenty of parking. We appreciated the chairs and umbrella for the beach, and the towel service. Used the gym several times, nice perk. 'Ocean view' is a a bit of a stretch - a sliver of the ocean is visible from the lanai. Had a very minor issue which was resolved promptly by the property management. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo in great resort

The condo is well laid out and nicely furnished, though the lanai furniture are a bit basic for the beautiful space. The unit does not really have an ocean view. If anything, it has a peek-a-boo view of the water through parts of the Sheridan hotel. It does though have a really nice view of the surrounding garden. We loved the big palm tree in front of the lanai because it provided wonderful shade in the afternoon. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Peaceful retreat in well-appointed condo

A wonderful light condo in a great location. It sits above a peaceful Hawaiian garden that we'd stroll through on the 5 min walk to the beach. It's also a short walk across the road to a shopping village with restaurants, shops, a convenience store and a zipline place. We hardly saw anyone around our building the whole week, which was a very different vibe from the busy activity closer to the beach. The large palm in front of the balcony blocks the view somewhat, but after long days in the sun we came to love the shade in the afternoons.The kitchen was well equipped. It wasn't fancy, it just had everything we needed, including a rice cooker, blender, and new nonstick pans. My only wish was for sharper knives.The large bed was comfy, but the fold-out couch had a thin mattress where you could feel the springs. It was fine for our kids; I'm not sure my 55-year-old back would have liked a week on it.It had a boogie board, lots of snorkeling stuff, umbrellas (both beach and for rain), beach mats, water shoes, beach towels (pick up at the beach shack), etc.The athletic club was nice, and uncrowded. We used the pool and tennis courts twice. Wish it had laundry in the unit, but the shared laundry was in great condition and empty.The mgmt was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We loved this property. We were walking distance to the awesome athletic center that was included in our stay as well as a really nice Keoki's restraunt and shopping center we had across the street. The unit was great. Very clean, and very responsive propety management company. Our only small complant is that even with the mini-split air conditioning, the unit still struggled to cool off. We think in part it has to do with how "sealed up" the unit is. Alot of the windows we weren't able to fully close which allowed hot air in. Perhaps some WD40 and those would be back working in tip top shape. The unit wasn't hot by any means, but not as cool as we would have liked it in the bedroom. Very small complaint as we were very satisfied with this stay. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Perfect Get Away

This property checked all the boxes for us. I appreciated the privacy and convenience the location of this particular unit offers. We had everything we needed inside the unit and for exploring. There was also plenty of restaurants to choose from since we didn’t feel like cooking much this trip. Thank you for a memorable trip full of fun and relaxation.

Great Rental in a Great Location

Great unit, situated in a great location. The complex grounds are lovely, easy walk to shops and restaurants, the Athletic Club, and to the ocean/beaches. Unit was very clean, and fairly well stocked with most anything you’d need. We just had the two of us so we didn’t need the use of air mattress, sleeping bags, or play pen, but really appreciated their availability in the condo. We had noisy upstairs neighbors during our stay and lots of landscaping, so sound was a bit distracting at times but that would be the ONLY consideration. Communication and information provided prior to our check in was very thorough and appreciated. We had such a lovely time. Thank you!

Nice property but…

The location, landscape around the property and interior photos is what we expected based on the Vrbo listing. However, the photos of the balcony are misleading. The palm tree that is shown in the photo has overgrown so much that the “partial ocean view” and the nice garden below is blocked. Not sure how much that is controlled by the owners or if it’s an important feature for future vacationers but for my wife and myself, that was one of the reasons we selected this property, to have a decent view!

Lovely comfortable Condo with perfect Lanai!

Very lovely condo, nicely decorated with beautiful surroundings. Loved coming back each day to a peaceful, comfortable setting, the AC was appreciated for good sleeping. Perfect Lanai to relax and eat breakfast. The plantation is a beautiful place to stroll through.

Kiahuna Plantation

The property itself is nice and very functionable. It has a great view of the groundsfrom the living room and patio. The condo is a short walk to the beach (2 min.), and very close to shoppi g and restaurants. The only drawback to the entire experience is that there were a lot of bugs in the condominium. Having to deal with that problem, took away from the overall quality of the experience.

Perfect location near Poipu

This unit was perfectly situated near everything in the south end of the island! You are a short walk to the beach and across the street from a ton of restaurants. We loved being able to walk to everything once we were home from our adventures. One morning, we even got up at 5:30 am, and walked to Poipu beach to see the sea turtles head out to sea! The unit has AC; however, we didn’t use it. We just opened the slates on all the wi does and turned the fans on and it was a great breeze! Unit had everything you could need in the kitchen, great coffee, lovely shower supplies, and nice bed linens. We had a small issue getting our keycard on arrival, but they were there in 5 minutes with a key to help us get in. Great communication from the management company throughout our stay. I would 100% stay here again and can’t wait to return.

Great stay

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights during our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. It is in a central location if you want to venture around the entire island like we did. We enjoyed playing pickle ball at the athletic club also and will be taking surf lessons this morning before we depart. Thank you! Bed/Bedding/pillows could be upgraded.

Nice

Great property with amazing grounds. Units are small with louver windows externally and internally meaning not a lot of privacy if you're more than one or two guests. I'd say for a couple great but no more than that. Time for new cookware in this particular unit. Cleaning lady and Jack the maintenance guy were so great. I'd stay again as it felt like we were up in the trees with all the louvers open. Never used the AC which is the whole point of all the great fresh air. Unit was missing a few key items which the management company quickly remedied. Not a fan of wasting time driving to the key cafe as it wasn't working anyway and the key they mailed arrived after I had left. Just leave it under the mat; it doesn't have to be that difficult. Complex is huge so really study the map before you arrive. I didn't and wasted a lot of time getting lost. Agreed that there were way too many pre arrival emails. Made searching for the one I really needed with the map challenging. But all in all great trip great stay!

Amazing Stay

Our family had a wonderful at the property. The condo had everything we needed plus we were walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys were the perfect touch. We loved having breakfast and coffee every morning on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

I’ve been to Kauai over 10 times but this was by far my best stay! Such a beautiful property and close to everything. The staff were so kind and communicative and loved receiving the welcome packet. We can’t wait to stay again!

Kauai Paradise!

We had a fantastic trip to Kauai! Kiahuna Plantation was perfectly placed with KP 307 just a short walk through a beautiful orchid garden to the beach. It was also so great to get up and make a short walk for coffee at Little Fish or Starbucks each morning. The location of Kiahuna Plantation was really great -- close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. KP 307 had everything we needed to enjoy our fun week, to include beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler as we explored many beaches around the island. The bed was super comfy, which was awesome after long, fun days! The unit doesn't really have much of an ocean view, but it is in a nice quiet area which we loved. The bathroom, kitchen and deck furniture could use an update, but overall we really enjoyed our stay in KP 307!
