“The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.”

The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. “Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Mrs. Ocha was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, especially her fresh pancakes, which she even prepared early for us before our tour so we wouldn’t leave hungry. That was such a thoughtful gesture. “The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. Finally, it was very noisy: we could hear a party, the family living next door and the nearby mosque. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.”

“We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The……

“In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food. Ask for room cleanings from the owners to ensure it gets done. Other than……
