「Rooms are not great. We found a mice in the bathroom. The towels are not clean. 」

「It was horrible.Sheets were filthy,walls were dirty,Kettle was smelling.Elevator very dirty.Bugs in room.we checked out in 6hrs and moved to hotel across the street.Staff was trying to be helpful.」

「This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot...

「Carpet was super dirty, blanket had stain, no room services next day, front desk was very rude. Wasn’t worth it, nothing they showed in pictures . I wouldn’t recommend anyone again. 」
