「In my 6 nights stay, I am particularly impressed with : 1. Very gentle attention granted to my requests to change room. 2. The Music curation at your public bath, it is sophisticated very poetic, which earns my big Bravo… 3. Housekeeping teams who are attentive, personalble and very sweet( a big thank you to those who work at 7 and 12th floor) 4. I like also the selection of mineral water, the power adopters , the slippers, iron, etc. provided in room.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Kanazawa. Location is excellent right next to Kanazawa station, walk to hotel 5 mins. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, big refrigerator, and all the necessary cutlery, including a dishwasher. Very happy with our stay!」

「Good location. The staff are helpful.」

「Amazing breakfast」

「Great location. Great room. Great staff. Has coffee machine also provides cocoa. The pipe water still has a smell, hotel provides bottle water, but it would be better to have a water machine.」

「The location of Smile Hotel Premium Higashiguchi Ekimae is absolutely fantastic! It literally is just 2 minutes walk once you walk out of the station, totally convenient! Also in front of the hotel it is the FORUS department store of Kanazawa, perfect for shopping and food! The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the Japanese style breakfast was awesome, too bad there wasn't any vegetarian options. Overall I give very high recommendation to this hotel, good value!」
