「I believe this is the best hotel in Konya, the room are so spacious, and the bed are very comfortable and plenty of amenities offered. The breakfast is generous and the staff were amazing. Has electric car charging for electric cars and plenty of private and secured parking. Highly recommended. This hotel is new so everything is fresh and new and the location is perfect. 「I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!!
The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust!
There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust!
I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me.
I almost miss my train....

「Stayed a night in Konya on the way to east Turkey. The hotel is located right at the center of Konya where everything is within walking distance. The hotel is old. My room is so small that it cannot house two regular check-in luggage. Things are broken and tops and ledges are slanting in my room. Can't place anything on them. Bathroom is very small too and exhaust venting is not good. Can hear the next door talking in the bathroom. Understand Konya is an inland city with access limitation of...

「Great breakfast and very kind personnel, very responsive to customer requests.
Room had some bad smell in the bathroom, due to bad venting, even after changing room.
Also the HVAC was not possible to adjust and the room was very warm in the night, making the sleep difficult. We reported these issues to the property manager that said will be addressing them. We appreciated all in all our stay.」
