"Just a one night stay for us, but it was very nice - super clean & very comfortable. The room & bathroom was small but as I said it was just a one night stay so we really were only there to sleep. We did eat in the on-site restaurant, again very nice as was the breakfast which was included in the price. The views over the terrace and out onto the Canal are lovely, and the owner was really nice too, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area."

"The surrounding is beautiful, but the facilities are poor. The bathroom was plain with no shower door. The breakfast was poor. The place could have been great if fixed up and better managed. "

"Stayed in one of the wooden cabins overlooking the marina. Stunning location! Very quiet as very late in the season, but eveything was immaculately maintained. The cabin was clean and tidy, with a great shower room. Settee and dining table. Good WiFi connection in the cabin. Useable kitchenette with two ring hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Comfortable beds, although no room at the sides so had to get in and out from the bottom. And...

"The location is great. Right on water, easy walk to downtown restaurant and shopping. The main problem we had was that the lady at the front desk was rude. We called on phone to ask if we can get a extra blanket. She rudely and abruptly said NO. I asked if we can get a couple of extra sheets instead of a blanket. She just lost it on that and shouted NO, NO, NO. Yes, three times."

"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We’re so glad we came"
