“We had a really lovely stay, home from home. The place was spotless, we had breakfast on the patio , overlooking the well kept garden and swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. What can I tell you about Joyce the house keeper. She is a real sweetie, so helpful, I fell In love with her. A real mum, nothing too much trouble. Walking distance to the shops, and some of the local attractions. The property is gated and in a nice area. Would def go again, highly recommend. ……

“My stay was excellent, upon check out however of a Grand Executive room that had no adapters for the kettle when we checked in, Katlego at the reception asked where the “her” adapters were. This made me a bit uncomfortable, I think whilst it’s important to ensure people don’t take the hotel property questions like this can be asked more professionally and politely. Please give this feedback to Katlego at your reception as she is the only issue I would say was unpleasant in her interrogation ”
