“Great experience”

“I booked this property after talking with the reception about availability of the Gym. When I got down the first day to exercise, they said the gym was not available. I stayed three nights and there was no gym. I was given a strange reason of air-conditioning not working as the reason for closing the gym. The only reason I chose this place was availability of the workout facility and that not being available was very disappointing. The buffet breakfast and dinner food was average. The staff was……

“Service with employees was kind of down . Front reception person was not greet full . Overall experience below average since the weather was warm the Holloway was warn because they were saving the power bill money .”

“Well located in the heart of Nagpur. Welcoming staff and well sized clean rooms. We stayed for one night and had breakfast. The breakfast options were all right.”

“The space in the room was good, the standard of quality and cleaning wasn't as western standards but acceptable. The noise from the street was unfortunately very loud but not something you can escape in India.”

“The listing was deceptive and inaccurate. The enlisted hotel phone number was wrong. Even the Expedia customer service representative could not contact them. Efforts to contact the hotel failed because of that. When I found the correct number on Google and called, I was told that the shuttle was not available at 3 AM to pick me at the airport. Yet the listing made no mention of what times it is available. They could not cancel my reservation either. ”

“A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. Lastly, since it is a homestay as i mentioned before, i did not enquire about the availability of lunch or dinner at the premises. As for breakfast, it is provided on……
