Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Wasn’t a “beach” hotel as advertised, no beach amenities at all, difficult to even get a sunbed by the pool as everyone reserves them so early despite hotel “policy” not allowing it. Sadly cannot understand how it’s rated so highly.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was a real highlight, and dinner in the hotel was just as good. The views over Chania are amazing although you’re a bit limited by what can be done on foot so you’ll need taxis but staff can help to make the bookings. The spa treatments are good value.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Domus Blanc, beautiful boutique hotel that is really well located and walking distance from most main attractions. The staff was amazing and we are especially grateful for Anna who really went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

We stay at Inea Sole in the first half of July. We have two suite with garden view . Everything was excellent, the rooms, amenities, breakfast and staff. The most important thing was the staff, they allowed give you a big smile an they are so nice to help you with everything. We will came back again for this reason.
