Luxury country villa with pool and sea and the offshore islands

"We stayed at Villa Siga Siga for 10 days at the beginning of September. From booking through to checking out, communication with Derk and Judith was excellent and thorough. We even received a Christmas card! Whilst staying at the villa we were looked after by Will and Jan and again, communication was great and the one small issue we had was taken care of immediately.We arrived to find a bottle of wine, some beers, and jar of olives waiting for us which was appreciated.The property was clean and had everything we needed, even sharp knives in the kitchen which I find are often lacking in rental places! The villa was located in a peaceful area with wonderful views, making it the ideal place to unwind and relax. The only thing we heard were a couple of horses being walked up and down the lane each day. The swimming pool was well used during our stay as temperatures reached the mid-thirties at times. There were plenty of areas to sunbathe with lots of sunbeds and mattresses. Swim aids and toys were available for children.There are several terraces with tables and chairs to choose from.We found it very useful to be able to wash and dry our clothes midway through our stay, everything in this regard was provided. The air conditioning was heavenly, although we tried to limit its use as much as possible.We loved eating out at the local tavernas and the meals we had were extremely reasonable.A car is required, be aware that the road is very stony so drive carefully!"

"Beautiful property and pool, very comfortable bed. Small things that bothered me: pool closes at 7 pm, breakfast nothing special. For the price I would have loved an evening swim and a fantastic breakfast.."

"Sea view rooms have a great view over the pool and across the bay. Rooms where clean and functional, would benefit from deeper wardrobe. Pool and beach areas are very nice. As other travlers have mentioned, breakfast is basic and continental. Access to the hotel is via a narrow road with steap inclines, so not ideal for people with walking difficulties. The beahes all around this area are fantastic and well worth the short travel to them. Overall its agreat hotel and good value with helpfull and friendly staff."

"Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders toll ist der wunderschöne Pool – perfekt, um einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Die ruhige Lage am Berg hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Viel Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine herrlich entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert! "

"The house was amazing, very clean and easy to get to, with a great view. It is located between two little villages with great restaurants and beaches. The beach in front of the house is great for snorkeling but is a bit more rocky than most. Check out the Caribbean beach club down the road about 7 min drive while staying here, great friendly staff and nice beach for all. House had great AC and a well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this place to all."

"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand in einem Olivenhain. Bei der Anfahrt muss man sich ein wenig durch die engen Gassen schlängeln, aber das hat man schnell drauf. Man ist im Haus ganz für sich, hat vielAbstand zu einem weiteren Haus und kann die Ruhe ganz genießen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, sehr sauber und mit dem allemnötigen ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich ist gut umwachsen und daher nicht einsehbar. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung mit demGastgeber Giorgios war super, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit war er stets bei Fragen zu Stelle. Empfehlenswert ist im Übrigen auch die Taverne am Ortsausgang Richtung Finikounda, die in 10‘ zu Fuß erreicht werden kann’s"
