"The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked using fitness center, and the pool area was very nice and uncrowded. Free transportation to the airport was a real bonus. The onsite restaurant was convenient but just okay for dinner; there are better options around town."

"The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores.

"設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。"
