This is an excellent choice as a base for your adventures in Palau. Staff is extremely responsive, polite and helpful. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable. The stairs are steep and no elevator is available. Bathrooms are large and a bit outdated, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location, great service
Can't beat the location, and the free continental breakfast is a plus if traveling on a budget. Highly recommended. Wifi is slow but I think that's as good as it gets in the island.

Great location, spacious comfortable rooms!
Great location within walking distance to restaurants, stores, car rental locations, etc. They do have a complimentary airport shuttle (saves you about $20/each way) for pickup which we utilized on our return back to the airport. Decided to rent a car for a day to explore the island and the hotel was able to contact a rental agency for drop-off at the hotel.The rooms are VERY spacious with a mini kitchen included if one wants to prepare their own meals. A light continental breakfast is available and served on their rooftop terrace. The TV also has a variety of channels to choose from. Great customer service was provided by the hotel staff. Highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect place to stay in Palau
Owner and staff were exceptionally helpful: from retrieving us at the airport at an crazy time - to arranging a rental car for the last day; they attended to every need. Will stay again.

日本語しか話せない私でしたが、オーナー自ら対応いただけたので、細かい要求も聞いてくださいました。 現地のスタッフの方も優しく丁寧で、言葉でしっかりとコミュニケーションは取れませんでしたが、快く対応してくださって、とっても気持ちよかったです。

空港への往復送迎とダウンタウンに近いので選びました。 予約の段階からご丁寧に連絡をいただいてとても安心感がありました。 コロナの影響で急遽変更などがあったのですが、都度対応してくださり大変ありがたかったです。 最終日の対応も本当にありがとうございました。 お陰様で楽しくのんびり休暇が過ごせました。 設備類は、部屋が清潔で広くてとてもくつろげました。 キッチンがあり食器や調理器具、バスアメニティも充実していてよかったです＾＾ 屋上のテラスも風が気持ちよく、最高の心地よさでほぼ毎日ソファで本を読んでいました。 スタッフさんたちも礼儀正しく程良い距離感で感じがよかったです。 またぜひお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

모든게 좋음 에어콘빼고
숙소는 오래되었지만 외관뿐아니라 실내도 깨끗이 잘 유지되고 있었다 화장실도 깨끗하고 조식도 깔끔하게 소박하게 잘 나오고 프론트에서 공짜로 언제든 캡슐커피나 차를 마실수있었다 하지만! 문제는 에어콘! 객실크기에 비해 작은에어콘은 당일에 투어를 마치고 돌아와 시원하게 쉬기에는 용량이 딸렸다. 5명이 한방에 있으니 더 더웠을수도 있고... 여튼 가든팰리스에 에어콘은 아쉬운점이 있었다 천정에 팬을 설치하면 좋을듯^^

ホテルスタッフの対応が良く気持ち良く過ごせました。シャワーの水量を気にしないと水がバスマットまでながれてしまいます。あと、足音が響くような気がします。特に明け方の足音が気になりました。足音は宿泊客が注意しなくてはいけない事ですが、、我が家も気を付けるようにしました。

部屋だけでなく施設はとても清潔。清掃が行き届いている。屋上のオープンスペースの空間がとても心地よく、朝食時だけでなく、夕暮れ時ソファで昼寝をさせてもらいましたが最高の空間でした。日本のジメジメとした湿気の世界とおさらばです。 ロケーションはダウンタウンの中心にありショッピング、カフェ困りません。夕食はこの辺りでもよいですし、別のレストランでもこのホテルなら送迎範囲内の距離にあるので良かったです。 最後にスタッフですが、凄く穏やかで細やかで配慮が行き届いています。ここが一番の評価ポイントですね。とても気さくな日本人の方が経営をしています。サービスマインドの高さの根源はこの方なのかなーと思いました。

日系おススメホテル
新婚旅行で利用しました。旅行代を少しでも節約したかったのと、台湾経由でパラオに行き、かつ台湾にも1泊する自由なプランがなかなかパッケージツアーにはなく、個人で申込みをしました。このホテルを選んで正解！食事は朝食に軽い軽食がついてる程度ですが、量を食べれば大丈夫。ホテル前は残念ながら海ではなく、バナナのジャングルが広がっていますが、写真映えはします。大型スーパーに歩いていけるので、急に物が必要になったり、水分には困りません。暑い国なので、多少の虫は出ます。 何より感動したのは、大きなホテルに夕食を食べに行った時です。そちらでは何をするにもルームナンバーを聞かれました。このホテルではスタッフ全員が私たちの顔を覚えて、戻ってくるとすぐルームキーをくれました。とてもアットホームで、いつでも親切に相談に乗ってくれるホテルです。日本人オーナーさんがおられ、日本語が通じる時もあるので、それも安心でした。ぜひおススメします！

至れり尽くせり…です！ 朝食は（私たちはネット予約特典で無料でしたが）あのクオリティでブッフェ式で、5ドルで朝食が食べられるところはなかなか見つかりませんよね。 持込も可能なので、近所でパンやヨーグルトを買ってきたり、ハンバーガーとビールでランチしたりと活用させていただきました！ またぜひ泊まりたいと思います！

I had stayed in this hotel about a week with my wife and one year old son. I think it is one of the best hotels in Palau especially for families. Mini kitchen and some tableware are enough to cook some foods to give my son. Two biggest stores in Palau are very close, therefore I had no difficulties to buy groceries. Our room was quite wide and clean. I was totally satisfied though I could not see nice night view from the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You can book tour, dinner and rent a car at the front. Big towels are available when you join tours. Ideally, I would like better WiFi connection and daily water supplies. But anyway, I strongly recommend this hotel to stay.

グアムからの遅い便で到着した私たちを、ホテルの方は温かく迎えてくださりました。遅い便で到着したのに、翌日早いダイビングだったことを心配して、そのことすら気遣ってくださりました。 荷物も部屋の前に移動していてくださり、部屋に入ると、今までに見たことのないような、広くて快適なお部屋が広がっていました！ 海外のホテルで1番困るコンセントの位置も、思う場所に必要なだけ用意されているだけでなく、更に引き出しには更に増やせるタップまで、準備がありました。 翌朝からの屋上での朝食は、グアムでのサラダ不足が解消されるようなお野菜があり、もちろん景色も最高っ！ パラオで夕食時に残ったチャーハンをお土産にしていた私たちは、持ち込みも可能な屋上の朝食で、静かな時間も過ごせました。 お部屋にはミニキッチンがあり、持ち帰ったチャーハンも用意されていたジップロックタッパーに入れて、お部屋の電子レンジでチンをしてから屋上に上がることが出来ました。 ミニキッチンには、使いやすい使い切りの調味料まで、用意されており、今までの人生で1番の至れり尽くせりのホテルに、再訪を誓いました！ 立地条件も文句のない繁華街から、少しだけ入った静かな場所。食事にも遊びにも困りませんでした。 教えたくないくらいのホテルですが、オーナーさんの努力が大変伝わるホテルだったので、人生で最高のこのホテルをお勧めいたします(^O^)

Very spacious rooms with nice view. The view from the 4F balcony and breakfast there was exceptional. Super clean, well organized, staff are all extra helpful and nice. This hotel will make you feel at home.

初めてのパラオ旅行の際、友達と２人で４泊しました。 日本人の方がオーナーをされていて、便利な立地ということで、このホテルを選びましたが、大正解でした。オーナーや従業員の方は気さくで温かく、部屋数が少ないホテルなので、私たちの顔も覚えていただき、とても過ごしやすかったです。 レストランやスーパーのある大通りは歩いてすぐで、本当に便利でした。お部屋は清潔でシンプル。ウォシュレットやエアコン等の家電が日本製で使いやすかったです。小さなキッチンもあり、お皿や鍋などの台所用品も揃っていて、夕方、海のツアーで疲れて帰ってきたときは、日本からもってきたレトルト食品をすぐに温めて食べることが出来てよかったです。 連泊すると無料で簡単な朝食が付いており、朝になると屋上に数種類のパン、シリアル、サラダ数種、焼きたてのソーセージ、スクランブルエッグ、フルーツ、ドリンクが準備されていて、自分の好きな量をいただけます。毎日朝から現地ツアーで海に出かける私たちには、栄養バランスの良い軽めの朝食は大変ありがたかったです。 あとは、建物が緑に囲まれている割に虫が少なかったと思います。お部屋に先住者のヤモリがいましたが、照明を付けると隠れてしまうので気になりませんでした。 初めてのパラオ滞在では素晴らしい思い出をたくさん作ることができました。またパラオを訪れる際は必ずガーデンパレスに滞在したいと思います。
