No complimentary breakfast or at least coffee which was fine cause the front desk offered some and there's a store downstairs which was convenient for me to get some cereal and milk, the staff were friendly and accomodating and i will recommend this place to anyone, i will stay there again

Simple but clean, comfortable, and good location
If you prefer a gorgeous and luxury stay, this is not for you. But this is the best place for someone who comes for business or an easy trip to Palau. I stayed at this hotel for my business trip and had nothing to complain. The room was big and so was the bed. Since air conditioner worked perfectly, I didn't have to get suffered from the hot outside. Hotel amenities such as a toothbrush or a razor were available but minimum. I was OK with them but you should bring yours by yourself if you get used to "fancy" stuff. The hotel staff were all kind and nice. Rosie, especially, helped me and my colleagues a lot. The Cessna tour she recommended for us became one of the most exciting experiences in my life and was the amazing moment in Palau. She also took care of us by calling for a taxi (since I didn't understand Palauan language) or restaurants, which helped us a lot. You can find a supermarket downstairs and a cafe across the street. It is super hot in Palau so it was really nice to be able to get bottles of water easily. You can also get to the main road in Palau for 30 seconds and go to everywhere. I totally liked this hotel and want to stay here again when I come to Palau for my private trip.

What a hassle
Our stay at this hotel didn't have a pleasant ending or beginning. We arrived on a late flight and had arranged in advance for the hotel to pick us up from the airport. The shuttle picked us and a few other guests up and we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Upon arrival the door was locked and no one was around, so we were all waiting outside for several minutes until the door was unlocked and we could check in. Upon check out, we were told we had to pay an extra tax on the room. We agreed but the hotel tried to charge us tax based on their room rate, not on the lower rate we paid based on our hotels.com booking. After several phone calls between the front desk staff and the booking agent we were told there was a problem with the rate hotels.com had, so we should pay the tax they were telling us and try to get a refund from hotels.com. We explained how illogical that was as well as that it didn't make sense for us to pay tax on something we did pay (i.e. the higher room rate they were telling us), and after wasting 30 minutes we asked them to discuss this with management and we would sort it out upon our return at the end of the day. When we came back later they told us we had to pay the full tax, and given we had wasted our time and energy explaining the situation repeatedly to different people, we made the payment in full so we could get to the airport for our flight. The level of service was simply not acceptable.

Economical hotel option in Koror
The hotel staff was so kind, accommodating and helpful! I arrived on a red eye and used this hotel between lodging options. The hotel was very accommodating in making a late night airport transfer, as well!

Palau hotel for diving trip
Very convenient location. Good airport transfer. Staff very helpful. Clean and tidy. Very useful having a supermarket underneath the hotel. Good value for money. Could do with: a bigger bathroom, better wifi and tv (but actually that's the whole of Palau and sort of the reason you go there)

It was a spur of the moment plan so I didn't have to much time to plan it so found a place not too expensive & close to walking to stores, restaurants, etc.

Nice hotel but needs some improvements.
I did enjoy my stay but just needs some improvements. Firstly when I arrived i was carrying 3 large luggage's and there was no one at the door to assist you. I had to climb the stairs all the way up just to find out they had a lift for luggages which i was not aware because there was no sign or anything on the door or such. Something they need to work on. Luckily the nice friendly front desk lady who came running to assist me. Only then i was informed about the lift. Room were decent. Bathroom has warm water for shower. Bathroom was nice theres a tub. Although i dont really care for such a thing especially not from a hotel. I had a little argument with an older front desk lady. I know she was just doing her job and i assured her that i had guest just eat and then they are on their way home but she kept arguing with me and telling me she was going to charge me $10 extra per person who comes up to my room. I got a room that accomodates 3 people and it even says on their site and i had 4 guests come up to have a late dinner with me and she didnt like it. She is the reason why i gave hotel staff a 4 otherwise it would have been a 5. Location is very good though because we have a store on the first floor which is part of the hotel. Theres a lot of restaurants around the area and even a bank of hawaii just right on the block. Theres so many places near by thats not too far of a walk. so overall i give it a 4.

Think twice
Room is clean, hot shower good, bed comfort, location is OK (5-8 mins walk to city centre), A/C good. However, may be our room is located just on top of the supermarket refrigerator section. We cannot have a restful sleep, because it was too noisy. We guess the refrigerators of the supermarket keep turning on and off for the whole day, especial at night. You will be awake while it turns on again, (may be every 20-30mins).

自転車を借りました。その際、レセプションの方か、近くのレンタルショップに連絡をしてくれて、2日間レンタルすることが出来ました。wifiが無料で有れば良いなと感じます。

ホテルの下がお店になっているので買い物は便利です。 最近Wi-Fiが結構普及していますがこのホテルには無料の設備はありませんでした。ちょっと残念

コロールの中心街に近い
私は、多少英語が離せるのでホテルのフロントの方と言葉がほぼ通ずることが出来ました。チェックインの時、2階の1部屋2人で案内がありました。予約は、2部屋だったので予約明細書を見せてクレームを付けたところ、2部屋にしてくれました。私の部屋は、最初に案内のあった3104号室で、追加された友人の部屋は、隣りの3105号室でした。ホテル予約前にネットで部屋の設備を検索したところ浴槽があるとの内容でしたが、3104号室はシャワールームのみで浴槽はなく、友人の3105号室は浴槽がありました。私は、お湯に浸かってくつろぐことは出来ませんでした。大きな問題として、私の持参したシュノーケルセットが私のホテルの部屋で無くなってしまったことです。3日目（5月12日）に、オプショナルツアーでシュノーケリングに朝出掛けて、午後3時ごろホテルに戻り、器材を乾燥させるため、部屋のベランダにシュノーケルセット（度付メガネもマスクに取り付け）の他にマリンシューズ、サーフパンツを干しました。シュノーケルセットとマリンシューズは、ベランダの外側の棚に載せました。サーフパンツは、ベランダに備えてある椅子に掛けました。椅子は、外側から離れた位置にありました。干した後、午後6時頃、夕食を食べに予約したレストランへ行き、午後8時過ぎにホテルへ戻ってきました。その時、ベランダの入り口ドアを開け、入口に近いところの棚に干したマリンシューズを見て、ほぼ乾いていたので部屋に取り込みしました。その時、後から思うとシュノーケルセットが無くなっていたことに気づきました。翌日（5月13日）の早朝、2回目のシュノーケルツアーに出かける準備をしていたところ、シュノーケルセットがベランダに無いことが判りました。ベランダには柵が設置してあり、さらに柵の外側に外壁が設置され、外壁の上には有刺鉄線が張り巡らしてあり、人が侵入することは、まず考えられない状況でした。しかし、有刺鉄線の上側は空間があり、その空間を使って、引っ掛けのできる棒などを使えば、ベランダの棚に干してあるものをベランダの床に落とし、床と柵の隙間からシュノーケルセットを取り出せるのではないかと思いました。ベランダに近い外壁の隣に物置小屋のような建物があり、男性が寝ていました（朝7時頃です）。男性が寝ていた高さは、外壁の有刺鉄線の高さと同じくらいでした。従って、梯子が無くても有刺鉄線の上の空間からベランダに向かって引っ掛け棒を出すことは可能な状態であると思いました。2回目のシュノーケリングからホテルへ帰った後、フロントにシュノーケルが無くなったことを話し、フロントはオーナーに電話し、暫くしてオーナーと警察官二人がホテルへ来ました。無くなった状況をオーナー、警察官から聞かれましたが、英会話が下手な私は、正しく説明することが難しい為、警察官が旅行業者に電話し、英語、日本語が判る方に私が日本語で状況を説明し、その後、旅行業者の方が私の話を英語で警察官に伝えました。その後、警察官から幾つか質問がありました。警察官が調書を作成し、文面（英文）を見て、私は理解できましたので署名しました。調書のコピーを私は頂きました。オーナー・警察官は、私に対し、シュノーケルセットの価格を聴いたので、円なら5,000円程度、ドルに換算すれば今のレートで45ドル程度だと答えました。シュノーケルセットのレシートが手元にあるか聞かれましたが、日本にあると答えました。ホテルが補償をしてくれるのか分らないままで5月14日帰国しました。当方サイドに落度は全くないと思います。ホテル側に補償を求めます。

リゾートホテルではなくビジネスホテルですが、便利で快適なホテルです
日本語を話すスタッフはいませんが、みなフレンドリーでお願いしたことはすぐに対応してくれます。日中海に出る方であれば眠るだけでしょうから快適に過ごせます。街中から少し外れているので、夜もとても静かでよく眠れました。 一階がスーパーで朝7時くらいから夜9時半まであいており品ぞろえは豊富、はす向かいにはカフェ、空き地を挟んで隣には居酒屋さんもあります。

ダイビングの重い荷物はエレベータを利用すればいいので楽です。スタッフは英語のみですが日本人に慣れていてとても親切、お部屋は明るく無いのが難点でしたが設備は整っています。

パラオだし十分
このホテルには、2015年9月に1回（3泊）、今回2016年9月に1回（1泊+2泊）と2回、3部屋で泊まっています。 高級リゾートホテルに慣れている方は回れ右ですが、ヨーロッパで2～3星程度、アジアでも3星程度のホテルに何度も泊まったことがある方は全く問題ないと思います。 エアコンもキンキンに効くし、熱いシャワーも出るし、リネン類はまあまあだし、部屋は狭くないし、変な虫もいないし、階下のスーパーは朝～晩まで開いてて便利だし。 前回は3Fのユーティリティーエリアまで行かなければ使えなかったwifiですが、今回は部屋内で使えるwifiが新たにセットされていました。 南国までPCを持っていって仕事をしている身としては便利でありがたいｗ また次にも利用すると思います。

中心街に近く、買い物も食事も徒歩で行けます。 フロントの人たちはとても親切です。 家庭用の室外機が屋外にあるタイプのエアコン(窓用のうるさいものではない)がついています。 部屋で使えるのは有料のpalau wifiで14時間20ドルです。 遅くて不安定ですが調べ物程度には使えます。

12％の地方税を別途取られる。 expediaの旅程表には税込みと書かれているが、帰ってからよく見ると、12％の税の事がわかりにくい場所に書かれてあった。 部屋は清潔で静かで良かった。 スタッフも親切。

下の階がスーパーマーケット！ 隣に夢というレストラン、道を挟んで右斜め前にanthias cafe（無料wifi）があります！ Bank of Hawaiiという銀行が近いので換金もATMでの現金の引き出しもできます！ ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、何でも教えてくれます。 宿泊客は日本人が多いので、日本人に慣れてあるのかかたことの英語でもしっかり受け答えしてくれます。 ホテル〜空港までの送迎もお願いできます！片道10ドルです！

いろいろ設備の古さはあるものの、コロール中心地に近く、買い物、食事に便利。バス、トイレも清潔でした。今回はダイビング目的で一人での宿泊だったけど、満足です。 ただ、リゾート地でのホテル生活も楽しむことが目的の人には不向きですね。

Room was always cleaned, all the staff was nice & helpful. Not a resort-type hotel, but if you go out during the day time, very reasonable. There are at least 4 convenience stores within 3 minutes-walk and a coin laundry. Waking distance to downtown area. 部屋は常に清掃が行き届き、スタッフの方々は皆さん親切でした。 リゾートホテルではありませんが、昼間アクティビティ等に参加しホテルにいないことを考えればお値打ちだと思います。徒歩3分以内に少なくとも4件、飲み物や軽食を調達できる売店とコインランドリーもあるので大変便利です。繁華街にも近く、多くのレストランも徒歩圏内です。

スタッフの対応が良いホテル
中心地から徒歩で10分ほどの距離で、ベストロケーションというわけではありませんが、近くにはスーパーマーケットやカフェ、レストランなどが数件あり、便利な立地にあります。部屋にはバスタブやドライヤー、冷蔵庫、湯沸しポット、セイフティーボックスなど必要なものはすべてそろっています。特にスタッフの対応が素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことができます。

快適に過ごせるよう努力されてます。
ダイバー目線なので、普通のリゾーターの方とは少し違いますが、情報として書いておきます。 普通のビジネスホテルです。ダウンタウンからは少しだけ離れているので、静かです。 リゾート感を求める方はがっかりするかも。海辺がご希望なら、WPバイザシーをお勧めします。 【お部屋】 カーペット敷きでこじんまりしてますが、物の置き場所に困ることはありません。 引き出しや棚もいくつかあり。 数年前まではエアコンは古いタイプで、つけるとうるさくて眠れなかったのですが、今回泊まってみるとエアコンは日本にあるタイプ（部屋にもよるでしょうが）に変わり、テレビも液晶のに変わってました。 ベッドは小さめですが、一日遊んで帰って寝るだけですから十分快適です。 湯沸かしポットあり。タオルは毎日ちゃんと変えてくれますし、掃除もキチンとしてくれます。 部屋によっては取り外し可能なシャワーヘッドが付いてるので、日本人にはありがたいです。 コンセントが少ないときがあるので、荷物に余裕がある方はタップを持っていくと便利です。 ３階の部屋にはセーフティーボックスあり。２階の部屋はフロントにセーフティボックスがありそこに入れてもらって鍵を預かります。使う場合は50ドルを保証金で払って鍵をもらいます。チェックアウトの時に鍵を返すと50ドルは返却されます。 【ネット環境】 ２階のフロアはPalauWifi、３階のフロアはPNCCのWifiが使えます。 どちらもカードを買って使うタイプですがPNCCのほうが若干速いです。でもどちらも夕方はつながりにくいです。 【フロント】 ホテルスタッフは日本語は話しませんが、フレンドリーでやさしいです。お願いするといろいろ努力してくれます。 海に行く時のビーチタオルは貸してもらえますが、繁忙期はタオルが足りなくなることがあります。 早朝に海に出るときは、前の晩に借りることをお勧めします。 もしくは、前の晩に言っておくと、朝フロントに出しておいてくれます。 【買い物】 １階がスーパーになっているので、飲み物、お菓子、カップ麺などは手に入れやすいです。空き地を挟んで隣には居酒屋さんもあり。はす向かいのカフェは朝７時から営業しているのでそこで朝ごはんも食べられます。

部屋は普通程度に清潔です。タオルなどは少し古くなってますが、パラオでホテルでのんびり過ごす場合は高級ホテルに泊まる人ぐらいなので、寝るだけなら問題なし。

一人旅に手軽で便利なホテル
今回はダイビング目的の一人旅でした。建物は、新しいとか豪華とかいったものではありませんが、一階にコンビニがあり、市街地も近く、リゾート滞在が目的ではない一人旅にとっては、十分満足いくところでした。

酒店旁边有超市，周围饭馆也很多，斜对面苏杭酒楼咖啡馆有免费wifi，自己买的10美金7小时的上网卡基本不能用，还不如咖啡馆的wifi虽慢起码能发送点文字消息。离市中心不远，走路10分钟。只是浴室花洒龙头出水不是太热就是太凉。订房时hotels.com收取5晚约444美元的费用（含12%的税费和服务费），但是check out时又向酒店缴纳了56美元的市税/本地税及50美元第三人入住费用（房间中有一张双人床一张单人床，带着孩子入住虽然并没有加床依然收取每日10美元的额外费用）。

メイン通りから少しだけ中に入った静かな環境
事前にホテルを選んで、実際にメイン通りを歩いてそれぞれのロケーションを知りましたが、デセケルが少しだけ奥まって静かな環境だと思いました。通りに出るにもわずかな距離を歩くだけなので苦にはなりませんし、１階がコンビニなのでドリンクなど買物も便利でした。
