「Beautiful property however the beds are hard as a rock, and more importantly it wasn’t disclosed that this is a 2 floor apartment with stairs. My party had disabled people on it and we had to leave early to find a different rental because it was inaccessible. On top of which there was a power outage (not their fault) but it lasted over an hour, in which we were stuck essentially because the property is on the 7th floor and the elevator didn’t work. Which again is an accessibility issue!」

「Located close to metro straight from airport a 5 min walk and to take back to Monastiraki to view Acropolis and Plaka. Could walk to view pier and restaurants. Hotel was spotlessly clean with walk-in shower. All the toiletries supplied with lots of water. Compact kitchenette which we just used refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Sofa was a little too hard to sit comfortably but a minor complaint. All else was perfect. All digital lighting. Very modern in an old district.」

「We stayed two nights at Rooster Suites. The rooms were tidy and clean, well-equipped, and the service was friendly. The location is very convenient. When we suddenly needed luggage storage, they immediately helped us for free and even allowed us to pick up our things after a few days. 「Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. 「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nichts besonderes. Der Kaffee am zweiten Tag (aus der Kanne) war leider echt schlecht, dann lieber Kapseln auf dem Zimmer nutzen. Die Wände sind leider ziemlich dünn und wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt angrenzend an die Rezeption, so dass wir automatisch mit der Dame aufwachten, die um 07:00 angefangen hatte, das Frühstück vorzubereiten. Und um 08:00 war es endgültig...

"Overall, the hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was one major flaw that significantly affected our experience: the toilet in the room. The toilet seat is unusually small and round, providing insufficient space even for an average-sized adult. Frankly, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for many guests, especially larger European guests. Even as an Asian guest, I found it cramped. For male users in particular, the design leaves almost no room at the front when seated, making it genuinely uncomfortable to use. I was surprised that such a small toilet was selected, as it feels completely out of place in an otherwise well-designed hotel. The issue is not the bathroom size itself, but the choice of toilet. Whoever made the design or purchasing decision may have prioritized appearance over practicality. Unfortunately, it compromises everyday comfort in a way that guests notice immediately. I hope the hotel will seriously consider replacing these toilets with standard-sized models in the future, as this single issue was the most disappointing aspect of an otherwise excellent stay."
