Great place to spend time in Kos Town

Excellent value for money close to the harbour. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short time in Kos town. Surprisingly quiet for location too.

It was ok. Nice big room with balcony and kitchenette. Clean and bed made up each day. However bathroom smelled bad and poor communication with host. No one available in reception.

We were on the first tourist flight of the year to Kos with wet & windy weather forecast. Kos Town was eerily quiet and this hotel worryingly cheap but it was open and offered us a bargain stay early in the season. Yes it's a little basic and not sparklingly clean everywhere but offered very good value in a central but quiet location. Being provided with Kettle/Hob/cutlery/crockery/fridge was a bonus. My only gripe was the tiny shower complete with clinging curtain and the fact that reception was only occasionally staffed.

Excellent location with beach, harbour, ancient ruins and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good air conditioning and daily room cleaning if you want it. People very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks very comfortably.

just what I needed

I arrived in the middle of the night, after a 4 hour delay on my flight - there was no-one at the hotel, but the key was where they had said (by text) it was, and I found my room OK. It had an end of season feel about it (I think I was the only guest) and a few things weren't working, but they weren't necessary, and as I got the room at a considerable discount, I had no reason to complain.

Felaket bir gece geçirdik. Yataklarda tahtakurusu vardı ve bu durumu fark ettiğimizde resepsiyonda hiç kimseyi bulamadık. İletişim kurabileceğimiz kimse olmadığından oda değiştirme talebimizi de iletemedik. Korkunç ölçüde çok tahtakurusu ile dolu bir odada geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Felaket bir haldi.

Teşekkürler.

Resepsiondaki bayan saat sabah 11 olmasına rağmen odamıza yerleştirdi. Çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü karşılandık. Odanın klima ve duşu biraz sıkıntılıydı. Merkeze çok yakın. Çıkışta bavullarımızı feribot saatine kadar bırakabileceğimizi söylediler. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans çok iyi.

Kötü bir deneyimdi ,bir daha asla kalmam

Resepsiyonist kabaydi. Verilen oda hiç güven vermiyordu, çarşaflar temizdi fakat genel oda temizliği iyi degildi. Balkondan dışarısı güven vermiyordu, genel olarak yalıtım berbat gece 23.00gibi odayı bir sucuk/bacon kızartma kokusu bastı resmen. Ses yalıtımı da çok kötü. Uyumak imkansızdı diger odalardan gelen seslerden. Verilen odanın kapısı içeriden kapanmiyordu bunu girer girmez belirttim fakat başka oda olmadığını söyleyip geçiştirmeye çalıştılar. İptal edeceğimi söyleyince aileme yakin aynı katta çok daha iyi durumda bir oda verdiler. Bir daha asla kalmam , malesef kötü bir deneyimdi .

GİTMEYE DEVAM EDECEĞİM

Devamlı gittiğim bir apart otel merkeze yakınlığı ve temiz olması sebebi ile uyumak için tercih ettiğim bir yer, bu sefer gittiğimde klima sorunluydu çalışmadı ve banyo çok küçük ve daha iyi temizlenebilirdi. Ancak diğer özelliklerden dolayı gitmeye devam edeceğim :)

Muhtemelen evden dönüştürülmüş, oldukça eski, mobilyaları temiz ama yetersiz, ocak buzdolabı ve fırın çok kötü durumda bir otel odası. Fiyatı çok ucuz olmamakla birlikte yaklaşık 100 Euro civarında. Sadece yatmak için girilip çıkılabilecek nitelikte bir konaklama mekanı. Çalışan çocuk yeterli ve özverili, güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu ise mükemmele yakın. Ancak bir daha gelirsem kalmam
