This is a real good place to relax. It's away from the main town center and secluded which was perfect for us. The private pools are insane and the main pool area is beautiful. There is a small private beach as well but it isn't the main attraction. The food was divine. The chef is top notch and the service by the staff is unmatched. We had live music on a few nights and activities throughout the week. The gym was really good too. We have a lovely time and would highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft, sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Ausblick und die Architektur der Anlage waren toll. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit sowohl beim Frühstück wie beim Abendessen und war auch ansonsten immer zur Stelle. Alles wurde einem abgenommen. Klasse war auch der Service, teilweise zum Bungalow gefahren zu werden oder Mittags Getränke und Snacks zum Bungalow gebracht zu bekommen. Die Lösung mit Privatpools neben dem Hauptpool war sehr entspannend, da man sich keine Gedanken um Liegen, Schirme etc. machen musste. Das Hotel bot auch einen Tranferservice nach Kos Stadt und nach Zia an. Das Abendessen-Konzept war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit einer Kombi aus Bestellung pro Person und Shared plates aber wenn man es einmal verstanden hat vollkommen in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt über 7 Tage ist die Dinnerkarte vielleicht etwas kurz, da sich Vorspeise und Salate dann doch schnell wiederholen. Insgesamt ein klasse Urlaub voller Entspannung an einem tollen ruhigen Ort. Danke an das ganze KOIA Team.

My partner and I visited the Koia resort for our honeymoon. We loved the location, the views and the surroundings of the resort were the perfect setting. We did have a few complaints regarding the stay however which we felt really let down the experience and stay for us. We found the room we’d been allocated was clean but did feel a bit run down and tired for example we had ripped covers on the sun beds and the holder in the shower was coming away from the wall along with what looked like limescale stained appliances. We did the half board dining which included breakfast and a 4 course dinner but we did on occasion want to have a meal from the bar menu as the dinner menu was limited. We confirmed with the reception staff that the bar menu is included however when getting to the bar, we were told it wasn’t and would be an extra charge. We had a similar issue with transportation going into the old town we had a member of staff say it was included in the price but then another who laughed at us and said it wasn’t. I didn’t mind paying but found it very frustrating that the communication between staff was extremely poor. We were also given a late check out to 11:30 but still had a member of staff knocking on the door at 11 saying we had 5 minutes to leave the room. These were problems that in the grand scheme of things were small but when you’re paying a lot of money to be at a luxury resort you do expect better.

Gorgeous views and architecture. Bungalows are warm and luxurious. Family’s warmth felt throughout stay. A small wait at times to be served at breakfast, but the overall excellent experience outweighs that. Would come back in a heartbeat!

I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. Do make sure you book one of the rooms with a pool. Staying at the Koia is not about the beach or activities at the hotel, it is all about relaxing and enjoying yourselves. Tk you, Rolf & Anna

What an amazing place! The people were wonderful the service was great and the spa and rooms were gorgeous! Views to die for. Food was some of the best I’ve ever had! Just amazing. Love that there are different dinners every night. Gives you the Michelin feel. Ahmed was amazing. He was always there to help and sorted everything out for us. We will be returning!!

Brand new hotel. Facilities (in the room, eg the pool) and cleanliness were outstanding good. The views out of the rooms are stunning. Food and beverage offer can be improved though and is not (yet) worth 5 stars. Breakfast offer can be extended, eggs can eg be à la carte. Room service can be improved as well (e.g. put doorbells on the rooms which can be heard on the terrace/pool).

This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but it’s not super centrally located (part of its magic and charm)
