good food, pleasant stuff. decent hotel for really good price, excellent value/price ratio. only 10-15 minute walk to beatiful beach. only disadvatage we noticded was poor wifi.

good value for money

Clean and comfortable and really nice staff. I was B and B and breakfast was plentiful but not much choice. Quite a long way from the beach and even further to the main street so maybe not really suitable for people who have limited mobility. Staff very helpful and if you booked trips through the hotel the coaches picked you up and dropped you off right outside. If you're looking for good value this could be for you.

Our stay at SUMMER VILLAGE KOS

Right I'm not gona tell a story just give the facts. No one in reception to great us, reception was empty most of the time, you have to go looking for Christos. Christos is cocky but ok his wife is nicer, pool was nice, all inclusive wasn't all of the time but at set times and buffet stile, best not doing all inclusive it kills the Tavernier's and the food isn't as good, bar was to loud when you wanted to sleep sometimes till very early in the morning, grounds were nice and maintained, accommodation not bungalows more like maisonettes, inside accommodation tired need refitting, not enough sockets fridges old didn't cool very well, bath room sink to small, toilet to close to shower, room to small, patio doors to small, no kettle. Beach is not 500m but more like 1.5Km to the good one, beach is a bit dirty (litter) but what a view. Marmari is quiet very good bars and very good Tavernier's and very good food. I would recommend going there but staying somewhere else.

Badkamer en terras.

Mijn kamer lag wel op een mooie rustige lokatie. Badkamer vond ik erg oud aandoen en de vloer kon je niet droog maken. Terras was wel mooi groot,maar last van water van de bovenburen .Ik denk water van de airconditioning.Koelkast deed het niet. Ik kies niet weer voor driesterren hotel.Te weinig. Ik had alleen ontbijt erbij,Weinig variatie in het eten.

Hotel a bit isolated, long walk too the beach,

Breakfast basic and often not replenished, somedays a boiled egg and toast. You need to hire transport.

Went to the www of the hotel before booking. A very creative description of the factual service and standard. The all inclusive was very limited and stopped at 22.30. Only soft drinks, drafts, local wine and ouzo. No snacks, toast etc. during the day for the children. The buffet was of a very poor standard and not at all traditional Greek or just Greek as expected. Breakfast contained serial and white bread with ham and cheece. The only plus if you travel with children was the pool, cause the playground wich was described was only one swing. The standard room contained only the most nessary with out any comfort. No material/brochures about the hotel was found at the hotel to compare the description on hotels.com or there own www.
