"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed it. Room (and bathroom!) was clean and spacious and incredibly comfortable, including premium pillows and duvets, luxurious towels, full amenities, and some of the best soaps I've ever experienced (L'Occitane). Service was perfect, and I loved the extra water bottles that were left every day in the room. The food was incredible, buffet style with such a wide variety of foods, breads, and salads, and even fresh-squeezed orange juice every morning. Check-in and check-out was instantaneous, and my room was ready many hours ahead of time. The entire staff—from the reception desk to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff were all amazing. The location was also walking distance to the main area, to public transportation, and to one of the biggest shopping centers in Prague. All in all, this was a perfect experience, and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Prague!"
