“Great stay, perfect for our group of 6, everyone had there own room! Necessities right around the corner if needed Cermack rd a few feet away, gets you about everywhere! We wanted a real life Chicago experience, and it was great. Owner very responsive! Permit on street parking pretty accessible most times. Definitely will stay again!”

“This owner should be ashamed for listing this as a “luxury condo“. That’s the first deception. We were greeted by a giant spider which we took outside - The first of several during our horrible five day stay, Didn’t sleep at all the last night after a cockroach crawled across the *kitchen* table in the primary bedroom toward my suitcase - up all night w/lights on rewashing my clothes. The sheets and bedding look like they came from a thrift shop…only one spare roll of toilet paper for 3 adult……

“Place was nice and quiet. Parking was horrendous but Freddy was very helpful in providing us with parking passes. Due to political climate, there was a lot more masked men which made us (even as US citizens) feel uncomfortable.”

“Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated. The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not. Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on. It was way too small unless a young child was sleeping on it. There……
