"Excellent hôtel traditionnel pour une vraie expérience japonaise. Beau site, hôtel très bien entretenu même si les installations datent un peu. Le déjeuner est traditionnel japonais, pas nécessairement pour tous les goûts. Personnel extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le service de navette n’est par contre pas très flexible, pourrait être bonifié pour faciliter les transports en ville. Sinon taxi très présents dans la région"

"So much fun staying in a Watermelon house! Huge space, comfortable beds and such amazing views to Fuji San from the rooftop deck of hotel, town was great and had everything required and all walkable from Haostay. Super quiet location. Did not partake in breakfast as had to leave early, looked and smelt amazing though."

"Beautiful hotel, with an incredible view of Mt Fuji. My family loved the location, including the easy walk to Fuji-Q amusement park, and the amazing buffet dinner and breakfast made our stay perfect. Highly recommend for families with kids."
