「The staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience. 」

「Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. 「From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back .」

「Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. 」
