「I got a very big suite, more like a one-bedroom apartment which is comfortable. The location is great. Right by the ocean. Two major casinos as well as a shopping mall, a major tea shop and McDonald's restaurant are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The vehicle charge by the hotel to go to the airport is a bit high (US$25,) and the driver, who openly admitted he drove under fatigue, asked me to pay for the toll. I thought it should be included in the charge.」

「AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! 」

「My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

「Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . 「The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. 」
